Bummed that I did not realize that I was basic economy and could not be upgraded with my status
I love Delta! Thank God and the pilots for smooth take off and landing.. short but really a good trip
Awesome staff and pilot
Staff was really helpful and kept the passengers updated with any information regarding our short delay
No free baggage checking. Had to pay$30.00 for each suitcase (total $60.00).
All the staff on board and at the gate were friendly and helpful. They seemed to love their job and enjoyed interacting with the passengers. These folks are the public face of your company. They represent you well.
Yes, flight staff had to move 4 passengers due to leaking air ducts/dripping water. Took pictures as there was paper towels shoved up there & hanging down. Not very good! Looked like Black Mold growing around top part of upper door frame. Plane should never be flying if: (1) appearance (2) safety-compromises health of passengers (3) obviously has been going on for quite a long time, hence possible Mold appearance (4) why hasn’t Maintenance fixed this issue (5) loss of revenue for 4 seats not filled (6) embarrassing situation that could go viral on Facebook! Not saying I would do it but concerned about traveling Mold Spores throughout the air conditioning system. Please address these issues as I am concerned about My Health. I work for the Medical industry!! Thank You. Kathleen M. Daniels
They did not served beverages during the ORD - Detroit flight
Very happy w/ Delta service overall

Detroit has extreme temperature variations, from upwards of 90 degrees in the summer to below zero in the winter. If you visit during the winter, expect moderate snowfall in January, and bring warm clothing, such as hats, gloves, and earmuffs to protect yourself from frostbite.
The city got its nickname of "Motown" partially from the motor industry but also from its culture of soul music. Take some time out to attend the Detroit International Jazz Festival, or visit the Detroit Theatre District to attend a live Broadway show.
