Flights Review

Feb 20, 2020

It's very frustrating not to be able to choose your seats. We had a very helpful delta employee give us seats together but the stress leading up to that moment was excruciating. If I'm going to die in a plane crash, get anyone's germs, or fall asleep on anyone I want it to be my fiancé.

Complex system was made easy. Thank you.

Feb 4, 2020

I feel like sometimes they announce too much. When getting on the plane it’s nice to watch the movies, but it seemed interrupted several times by what they are doing. Much of that is expected and assumed for people who travel so sort of annoying when you want to relax. I think if people want to know some of that they may ask or not really care when snacks are coming around.

On time polite professional no issues

Oct 3, 2019

Aisle too narrow and seats a little too small. I know that the airline wants to cram in more people to make more money but it does not make flying fun like it used to be.

First flight for our 19 month old son. He was treated like a prince and even got a pin! The staff was so courteous and respectful and greeted us with the biggest smiles.

first time flying with Spirit, a little surprise that with the charge for a cup of water and carry on luggage (but now I know).
