Overall well organized company

Flight crew announced when we were in rough air and flew into higher altitude to avoid more

Aug 5, 2018

I truly enjoyed the two flights. Both were on time, my luggage was gate checked in cincinnati, and my luggage made it to San Jose perfectly and on time. Also, I am not the most thin woman, so I get a great deal of anxiety before all flights that this will be the flight where I either feel like I'm taking up too much space or would have to ask for a seat belt extender. That is not the airline's problem, but my own, but the level of comfort I felt on both flights seriously made all the difference. I felt 100% comfortable in the roomy seats, and had many inches of extra seat belt, where I sometimes only have a few or barely any. I know it is a small thing, but the amount of calm I felt at that made a world of difference. Thank you so very much for that.

The staff was outstanding in the services rendered. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and provided drinks several times through the flight. Outstanding crew!!!
