Flights Review

Mar 4, 2020

I had to pay for my baggage being 13 pounds over weight, $100 was too much to pay.

Feb 12, 2020

My luggage was very roughly handled! My instant pot I had packed in my checked luggage was broken and the outside of my suitcase which looked brand new before is now full of rips. The stroller I had gate checked was also broken; it was packed in a travel bag too.

Jan 26, 2020

The flight attendants could have been more pleasant. One male frowned the whole time and refused to answer questions. My flight back, a female was the same

Jan 21, 2020

Dec 11, 2019

Overall service was great but I was not happy that I had to check my bag, which had worked fine as a carry-on for my previous flight.

Dec 11, 2019

My flight from Chicago to Little Rock was especially pleasant...stewardess was fantastic.
