I didn’t like that I couldn’t pay for my baggage online when I checked in. I’m disabled and most Airlines will give me an aisle seat or change me one when they accommodate me because of my disabilities. Other than that it was ok I liked that they had someone there to help guide me through the airport to my plane and then off the plane to claim my baggage. These people were prompt courteous and efficient.
