At the ticket counter, we were told we could check with the gate to get seats together. When we arrived at the gate, they said they couldn't do anything until an hour before boarding(we were early). The gate crew didn't return until 30 minutes before boarding, at which time we were told we should have done this at the ticket counter, and it was such an inconvenience for them at the gate. Our plane was a bit behind when landing for our connection, we then asked the flight attendant at the back of the cabin, if she could radio/call to our connecting flight, as it was scheduled to board while we were still on our flight. She seemed to care less, and offered no help, not even to let us deplane first(we were at the back, due to the seat changes at the gate). Overall less than happy with our interactions with the crew, both at the airport and inflight.
