Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport

Great location, super clean, on-site restaurant and shuttle to and from the airport. We couldn’t have asked for more!

This hotel is very dated at this time. The staff are overworked and frankly don't really care. The hotel is changing and is now under renovation. Do yourself a favor and wait till it is done to go on vacation. The equipment only half works, rooms are old. The staff have no pride in this hotel at this time. When the renovations are finished it will make a great conference center and event center once again.

Drains did not drain metal sticking up in floor cut my foot. Staff’s attitude was so what.

We found the hotel to be comfortable, the staff to be friendly, and the hotel to be perfectly situated within the city. Uber drivers were always around, which made a quick ride into downtown Phoenix. One major negative was the food. We ordered room service two nights and the food was terrible. Like it sat under a heating lamp for ten days terrible.

Hotel staff was great. I think it is a management issue. They ran out of milk at breakfast one day and the hotel bar was very poorly stocked. They ran out of beer and did not have many things people asked for. Bartender did his best but you could see he was very frustrated with his situation he was VERY good to the customers

We were surprised by how friendly and attentive the staff was. Breakfast was good too.

So our rental car window was smashed and burglarized Saturday evening and several personal effects were stolen. Reported to the hotel and all they told us to do was to call the cops! There was NO manager on duty and never even bothered to follow up until 30 min ago, of which she stated, they have no responsibility as there are signed posted releases them! And this was an email not even a call! She further went on to say to file a claim with our insuarnce. Now this lot was ON hotel grounds and in fact we even had to pay for the parking as well! I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this is just flat out sleazy! I will NEVER stay in ANY Radisson property for all my days! Oh and to top it off when I initially spoke ot them they said they have nothing to do with it since I booked through Orbitz! In closing do your due diligence, as I should have, and STAY AWAY!

Stayed there twice in the past month. My favorite place to stay in Phoenix

The hotel is close to the airport, and the rooms are comfortable. But...the first night we were there we were awakened to pounding and drilling at midnight. Called the front desk and they told us they were fixing the kitchen stove hood. Pounding went on for an hour. The next day we complained, and the offered us a discounted price for the first night. Apparently that went on for two nights -- others complained. We asked for a quiet room -- they put is one door from the elevator.

All in all it was a lovely experience. Awesome staff, especially bartender Kathy. The buffet breakfast was nice, but the exact things were served the next day.

Within 4 minute drive from terminal four. Free shuttle, perfect place to stay if you have a very early flight. Odd room layout but comfy.

Due to airline issues, we missed our connecting flight and had to drive to Phoenix to make our engaged couple retreat. Our engaged couple retreat was a requirement for us in order to marry at the catholic church, so we had to report at 7 am on a Saturday. We arrived at like 4 am Sat, the staff at the hotel considered us no shows, but at the time we arrived, they were the nicest to help reinstate our stay at Radisson. We arrived with no luggage and let the front desk know that the airport we used was bringing our bags at some point. Throughout the time in Phoenix, they kept us in mind, made sure to notify us if our bags came in. I really loved how everyone interacted, it's rare to find a drama free place with smiles at all times. At the end of our stay... Our bags finally made it to us. Once our bags were at the hotel, the front desk helped us by storing them while we were out. I really loved this hotel...it's also very convenient and parking is as low as 6 bucks a day (in today's world.. It's usually 30). Everything is near by and the staff is amazing.

Staff was efficient, courteous and helpful. Bar/Lounge are very nice. Food was delicious. Shuttle service was great and the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again!!

Hotel wasComfortable and quiet. Pool was clean and inviting. I was grateful for the safe surroundings . I will stay here again when I return to the Phoenix area. thank you

Evidently you need a parking pass to park in their parking lot. I found out by finding a notice on my car in the morning stating if I didn't get a pass my car would be towed. This obviously should have been addressed at check in. The restaurant experience was truly the worst. We had the breakfast buffet and a cup of tea. They brought my tea brewing in a pot promptly, but no cup, sugar or cream. Nobody stopped to ask how we were doing. I finished breakfast, got up and asked for a to go cup. Waited another several minutes for it. They had to "go to the back" to get it. Hotel shows its age, but was generally clean.

This hotel comes at a bargain, but you do pay for that in other ways. Housekeeping services were poor, towels were dirty, and coffee bar items not restocked.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Radisson. We had a late night snack (9:30 pm) at the RBG bar and grill which was tasty and satisfying. The room itself was roomy and had a great southwestern view. Landing airplanes could be noisy but that was solved by leaving the air conditioner fan running. There was a water main problem but it was fixed overnight with little inconvenience to us who were leaving on our departing flight quite early. The front desk made check in and out pleasant.

Hotel as clean and well lighted. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and professional

Restaurant was not very good. Out of items on menu, poor wait staff, poor selection of food items. Restaurant could use a big upgrade.

Proximity to airport is a plus. Staff was helpful in assisting with getting me back to the hotel from the car rental drop off. Airport shuttle at the top & bottom of each hour was wonderful! No continental breakfast included, you need to purchase. Room was noisy, AC unit was VERY loud & bathroom was kind of dirty, otherwise I would've scored them higher.
