Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport

Proximity to airport is a plus. Staff was helpful in assisting with getting me back to the hotel from the car rental drop off. Airport shuttle at the top & bottom of each hour was wonderful! No continental breakfast included, you need to purchase. Room was noisy, AC unit was VERY loud & bathroom was kind of dirty, otherwise I would've scored them higher.

I have sub-pleura fib, I am late stage and caught a cold in NY. the only place to be with a poor system is in the sun and dry air. so with cold in the nose not wanting to progress into the chest off I went. I did not tell people why I was there, all I did was have a good time drying out in the sun, by the pool, it was wonderful, the food was great, the room was cool and comfy. The hotel services were managed very well, what you ask for you got with a smile. and of course AZ is beautiful.

Beds were just ok bathroom drains both sink and shower were poorly draining check in process took too long!

The Radisson Sky Harbor Hotel was a great place for us to rest after a week in the Sedona area. We had an early morning flight and needed to be close the airport. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Their airport shuttle saved us from using a cab and the timing was perfect. We had room service for our evening meal and the food was great.

We had a great stay when we were in Tempe and the hotel was very nice. I wish we had more time at the hotel to truly enjoy the amenities it had to offer.

First time I have ever been charged a parking fee in a hotel that I'm paying to stay there! Crazy if you ask me. I guess I'll have to start asking before I reserve a room if there is a parking fee tacked on to the bill!

This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and they have a free shuttle that runs to and from every 20 minutes. There is also arestauramt and bar in the hotel. The room seemed clean. The maintenance could be better. The tub had a constant drip and there was rust where the water pooled. The toilet seemed like it was going to overflow every time it was flushed.

Was not really pleased with the bed comfort. Breakfast and service was excellent. Receptionist was always on phone.

We arrived late and tired at the Phoenix airport. I called the Radisson and they sent their complimentary shuttle to pick us up. It arrived in about 15 minutes, exactly as promised. Our shuttle driver noticed we were without luggage and offered us complimentary toiletries upon arrival at the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and the shuttle returned us to the airport promptly the next morning to complete our journey. Overall, we were favorably impressed.

For an overnight stay near the airport where amenities and hotel aesthetics are not important, this works just fine. The room was comfortable and the price was right.

This was an overnight business trip and airport access was important. The hotel was a few miles from the airport and in an uninspiring location, but given the 'quick-in and quick-out' nature of the trip it worked fine.

Every aspect of my stay at the Radisdon was very good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant service and food were awesome. The king room that I had on the sixth floor had a great view and was comfortable. The location was close enough to be convenient to the airport with free shuttle, but far enough away to be quiet. Very convent to the light rail and bus stops.

N ice friendly staff, quick shuttle bus pickup at the airport, exactly what I could use after long flight with delays.

The Radisson Phoenix Hotel Airport staff was some of the most helpful that I've had contact with. Many kudos to them. Only thing that was unclear was the breakfast. Stayed at hotel because I had a morning flight to catch

It was good. The distance from the airport is a plus. The rooms aren't extremely fancy but the staff is very nice.

I went to Phoenix for the Grace Hopper conference, which is a great conference to celebrate women in computing. I wasn't able to book through my company's travel website, however was lucky enough to pick the Radisson. To my surprise, there's a bus that took us directly from the hotel to the convention center. That saved me so much time and money. The hotel was small but it provides a good breakfast selection, the room was clean, and everyone I met was friendly. Probably not the right hotel if you're planning to have a romantic vacation, but for a business trip it's certainly sufficient.

Excellent experice when I stayed there! They call you by your name all the time when coming in or leaving!! They are so good at remembering there customers faces

Close to Sky Harbor nice quiet hotel with a big room and friendly staff

They would have received a better rating if not for missing a long dark hair in the middle of the floor in a room. It made us wonder if the rest of the room was clean. The hair was obviously a rare event, but memorable.
