Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport

All in all it was a lovely experience. Awesome staff, especially bartender Kathy. The buffet breakfast was nice, but the exact things were served the next day.

Within 4 minute drive from terminal four. Free shuttle, perfect place to stay if you have a very early flight. Odd room layout but comfy.

Due to airline issues, we missed our connecting flight and had to drive to Phoenix to make our engaged couple retreat. Our engaged couple retreat was a requirement for us in order to marry at the catholic church, so we had to report at 7 am on a Saturday. We arrived at like 4 am Sat, the staff at the hotel considered us no shows, but at the time we arrived, they were the nicest to help reinstate our stay at Radisson. We arrived with no luggage and let the front desk know that the airport we used was bringing our bags at some point. Throughout the time in Phoenix, they kept us in mind, made sure to notify us if our bags came in. I really loved how everyone interacted, it's rare to find a drama free place with smiles at all times. At the end of our stay... Our bags finally made it to us. Once our bags were at the hotel, the front desk helped us by storing them while we were out. I really loved this hotel...it's also very convenient and parking is as low as 6 bucks a day (in today's world.. It's usually 30). Everything is near by and the staff is amazing.

Staff was efficient, courteous and helpful. Bar/Lounge are very nice. Food was delicious. Shuttle service was great and the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again!!

Hotel wasComfortable and quiet. Pool was clean and inviting. I was grateful for the safe surroundings . I will stay here again when I return to the Phoenix area. thank you

Evidently you need a parking pass to park in their parking lot. I found out by finding a notice on my car in the morning stating if I didn't get a pass my car would be towed. This obviously should have been addressed at check in. The restaurant experience was truly the worst. We had the breakfast buffet and a cup of tea. They brought my tea brewing in a pot promptly, but no cup, sugar or cream. Nobody stopped to ask how we were doing. I finished breakfast, got up and asked for a to go cup. Waited another several minutes for it. They had to "go to the back" to get it. Hotel shows its age, but was generally clean.

This hotel comes at a bargain, but you do pay for that in other ways. Housekeeping services were poor, towels were dirty, and coffee bar items not restocked.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Radisson. We had a late night snack (9:30 pm) at the RBG bar and grill which was tasty and satisfying. The room itself was roomy and had a great southwestern view. Landing airplanes could be noisy but that was solved by leaving the air conditioner fan running. There was a water main problem but it was fixed overnight with little inconvenience to us who were leaving on our departing flight quite early. The front desk made check in and out pleasant.

Hotel as clean and well lighted. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and professional

Restaurant was not very good. Out of items on menu, poor wait staff, poor selection of food items. Restaurant could use a big upgrade.

Proximity to airport is a plus. Staff was helpful in assisting with getting me back to the hotel from the car rental drop off. Airport shuttle at the top & bottom of each hour was wonderful! No continental breakfast included, you need to purchase. Room was noisy, AC unit was VERY loud & bathroom was kind of dirty, otherwise I would've scored them higher.

I have sub-pleura fib, I am late stage and caught a cold in NY. the only place to be with a poor system is in the sun and dry air. so with cold in the nose not wanting to progress into the chest off I went. I did not tell people why I was there, all I did was have a good time drying out in the sun, by the pool, it was wonderful, the food was great, the room was cool and comfy. The hotel services were managed very well, what you ask for you got with a smile. and of course AZ is beautiful.

Beds were just ok bathroom drains both sink and shower were poorly draining check in process took too long!

The Radisson Sky Harbor Hotel was a great place for us to rest after a week in the Sedona area. We had an early morning flight and needed to be close the airport. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Their airport shuttle saved us from using a cab and the timing was perfect. We had room service for our evening meal and the food was great.

PTAC VERY NOISY. DATED PROPERTY. WALL PAPER STAINED. PEALING SEAMS

We had a great stay when we were in Tempe and the hotel was very nice. I wish we had more time at the hotel to truly enjoy the amenities it had to offer.

First time I have ever been charged a parking fee in a hotel that I'm paying to stay there! Crazy if you ask me. I guess I'll have to start asking before I reserve a room if there is a parking fee tacked on to the bill!

This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and they have a free shuttle that runs to and from every 20 minutes. There is also arestauramt and bar in the hotel. The room seemed clean. The maintenance could be better. The tub had a constant drip and there was rust where the water pooled. The toilet seemed like it was going to overflow every time it was flushed.

Was not really pleased with the bed comfort. Breakfast and service was excellent. Receptionist was always on phone.

We arrived late and tired at the Phoenix airport. I called the Radisson and they sent their complimentary shuttle to pick us up. It arrived in about 15 minutes, exactly as promised. Our shuttle driver noticed we were without luggage and offered us complimentary toiletries upon arrival at the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and the shuttle returned us to the airport promptly the next morning to complete our journey. Overall, we were favorably impressed.

Thank you for sharing our review. We are delighted to know your positive response with the proximity of our hotel which is two blocks to the Light Rail which provides convenient access to Downtown Phoenix, the Convention Center, Tempe and Arizona State University. On the other hand, we are saddened to know that your stay was less satisfactory due to some issues you experience such as the condition of the hotel, parking, your breakfast experience and the service you received from our staff during your stay. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, as it is invaluable to our improvement and have been shared with the hotel management. We hope to have you back soon, so you can see we are working hard to make improvements.
