Overall good experience. Each unit has a window AC.. very loud, in August it runs majority of the time. Hotel staff very nice and accomodating. Breakfast average, location a little dirty, could use a carpet refresh. Easy access, great location to visit key sites in Arizona.

I only stayed one night, but the Staff and room were great. I'll definitely look into the place again if I need to stay in Phoenix!

Nice people. Good location. Happy with stay! Would stay here again.

Hotel, was great except for the room temperature. Our room was on the top floor and it was 120 F / 49 C in Phoenix for the week before we got there and for 2 days after we left. the A/C could not keep up. Not saying it was too hot, roughly 78-80 F / 26 C, and I like it 70-72 F / 22 C. other than that I have no complaints. The room was clean and modern. The pool and gym area were nice. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, one of the few times I have had a "continental breakfast" that was more then cereal and a bagel. this one had waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, corned beef hash, omelets and more. I will stay here again if I need to be back in Phoenix.

From the glass of wine and cookies upon arriving to the veggie and cheese bar to breakfast buffet. Everything was excellent. The room was very nice.

Decent hotel, convenient shuttle to airport. Staff very friendly, but shuttle driver was late. Room was decent, but a few things were overlooked by housekeeping (used bar of soap in shower, used coffee pod still in coffee maker). Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

Great hotel! Loved the personnel and the proximity to the airport. Their breakfast and evening reception was very nice. Lots of extras for the reasonable price.

Although the stay was for an early morning flight, everything about the stay was excellent. Nice facilities, great staff, clean comfortable room and much more than I expected, I would stay there again.

We got in after 10 pm and had no problem checking in. The room was great, very quiet and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast is included and offered cold and hot options - eggs, biscuits with sausage gravy and even a waffle making station. We will definitely be back!

We were going to a late baseball game and wanted a place to stay before heading back to Tucson. The included the breakfast made it a great value. Only issue was the room was a west facing room and it was a bit warm during the hottest part of the 118 degree day. We left for the game and it was nice and cool when we returned.

Nice and quiet with a king bed. Ah the life! Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was near everything.

The rooms were about what I expected. What I did not expect was the indifferent, almost surly at times, attitude of the staff. Brandon was the stellar exception! Courteous and friendly.

I enjoyed the staff they were very friendly. I loved shuttle service it was extremely convenient and was very grateful for the breakfast buffet.

Customer service was excellent. Great amenities at a great price. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Phoenix.

Simply outstanding. Must have been one of the nicest rooms I've ever had. I am very well pleased and would recommend staying here to anyone. Well worth the money Green Tree gets an A+

Staff is the best. Lobby is clean and nicely decorated. Would look for more Green Tree. First time stayed in this brand.

Excellent staff...front desk awesome...shuttle awesome...everyone extremely helpful...house keeping a bit forgetful but quick to replace what they forgot...

Overall, our stay here was nice. We were there with our 2 kids, ages 13 and 10. We had a King size bed with a pull out couch in our room. The breakfast was excellent. We had waffles every morning! Saturday night they had an evening "social". They were supposed to have hot dogs and we got there only 30 minutes after it started and they were already out of hot dogs so that was a bummer. The room was large but a little dark and dated. It could use some updating and there was only one tiny window in the corner. The pool area was nice although it was in the shade by around 4pm, which was kind of a bummer for us since we are from Seattle and were trying to get as much sun as possible during our stay. The location was a little shady but it was close to the Angel's spring training facility and they have a shuttle that will take you there for free. We were there to see the Mariners so we didn't end up using that amenity.

Gave us a room right in front of elevator. People and dinging of elevator all night. Bed Sheets were stained first night and we moved rooms because of the elevator. Hot tub jets didnt work. Staff was friendly. Breakfast ok. Location not the greatest but close to highways. Dont recommend walking around at night. Lots of drunks asking for money.

With a few finishing touches in the lobby and check-in area this place would be a 5/5 I would highly recommend this as great value
