Can do better elsewhere. Didn't have style of room I had reserved. Staff at front desk were polite and helpful. Continental breakfast was meh. Typical for 3 start hotel. Seemed clean but rough around edges in remodel. Sheets on bed are scratchy. Fold out bed in sad shape, very uncomfortable. Would not pick to stay here again.

The hotel is OK. Their staffs were very friendly, And the room was clean. However, The bed was the kind of uncomfortable, And the air conditioning was very loud.

I booked this for an overnight between flights. After making the booking I called and found out that there would be no shuttle for my arrival after midnight. I was on American 808 which is scheduled to arrive at 12:35 AM. It took 45 minutes at the airport to get a taxi. There were none waiting, and when they began to arrive two of them refused to take me the short distance to the Greentree because the fare was too low. The third driver did take me, but complained all the way. When I arrived at the Greentree the front door was locked. After about 15 minutes of pushing the doorbell button and aggressive knocking I finally phoned. The night manager showed up in response to the call and let me in. I had called ahead to tell them that I would be a very late arrival, around 1:30 AM. This is frustrating taking so long to get to the hotel and then to get in after 34 hours of international travel and zero sleep. The Greentree is travel-worn and looks weary. Maintenance is clearly being deferred. A bright spot was an excellent self-service breakfast buffet, and the shuttle to the airport the following morning was on time with a very professional driver.

Everything very clean, all good, friendly staff, close to airport

It was nice stay bed was comfortable, room was clean, and breakfast was better than average. Only real issue we had with our stay was we didn't like they only had soap, shampoo and body wash in pump container and it smelled like pine needles.

phoenix was really confusing to get around and highway was traffic was TERRIBLE. However once outside the traffic zones travel to sadona, sargaro national park were enjoyable. The Phoenix Botanical gardens were quite nice.

Friendly staff. Free transportation to local restaurants

Friendly staff. Good breakfast with hot items. Clean rooms that were well appointed with Keurig, microwave and fridge. Loved the bed linens and the toiletries! Sad that we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub.

Overall very satisfied but disappointed that room was not fully cleaned and bed not made when staff had the chance. Otherwise great value.

We just stayed one night, a layover on our flight.

Love how the hotel is close to restaurants, shopping and has the ready availability of the airport shuttle. Already booked the hotel for our next month's travel! Hotel is clean with recently updated carpet, good breakfast buffet.

We had a brief overnight stay at the hotel. We did not use any of the hotel amenities, and are not able to evaluate them. However it should be noted that the hotel staff was outstanding. They made every effort to accommodate our needs at times going out of their way to do so.

Excellent staff, clean rooms, free breakfast (extensive) free coffee and cookies 24 hours a day! Free munchies and wine in the afternoons, Free internet in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel hands down. Close to lots of fun activities, clean pool, exercise room. Staff very helpful on restaurant suggestions and local events and sites.

Had a very good experience here with a great staff and spacious comfortable room. I would rate it a great value for the money. The only disappointment was that while the breakfast buffet was plentiful some of the food grade was minimal. However, they tried to make it nice and compared to many with corn flakes and dry white bread it was definitely better. The biggest improvement they could make would be 24 hour hot water and coffee in the lobby but our room did have a refrigerator, microwave and mini Keurig! They also offered evening snacks and drinks in the lobby! I would stay again.

Great rooms, Great time , Pool was great, Staff was great, Social hour was great had a lot of fun

This is our third stay and we will continue to stay here. Easy access on and off I10 with a shuttle on call. Plus leave your car with no extra charge. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of food. Very clean and excellent staff.

Always use this hotel when flying out of Phx. Great service and close to airport.

Great location across the street from Walmart, down the street from IHOP, and less than an mile away from NAU. And very convenient to freeway access. When I stayed, it was during college move in week and everything was filled up and quite expensive, so this was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were recently renovated, and although they served the same items at breakfast--they offered a good variety of food for the free breakfast each morning.

I enjoyed staying here because it was quiet and low key

This hotel is close to Phoenix Airport (about 10 minutes drive), and our room was a spacious suite with two queen beds and an additional pull-out sofa bed. There was a separate Living area with sofa, chairs, a large desk and a TV, and there was another TV in the bed area too. We did find a couple of bugs in the room, and the open-air pool had some floating bugs in it, which is why I lowered the "cleanliness" rating, but otherwise the room was very clean and modern. The bathroom is large, and well-appointed. The staff is friendly, and the hotel has a shuttle service to the airport, and to nearby restaurants, The included breakfast is quite good, and is an added reason to stay at this hotel.
