The Clarendon Hotel and Spa

The staff and the restaurant were fantastic. Seriously. Very personal since it’s a smaller hotel. Cute decor. The bed was super comfortable. Amazing rooftop experience with cool mood, band, lights. The building is kind of old. That shows through. The neighborhood it’s in is so-so. Just a few blocks down it’s a bit sketch.

Nice facility and especially nice first floor restaurant with good service. But hotel is built around a swimming pool which creates happy noise, and a rooftop music scene created thumping music late in the evening on a Sunday night. If you like that, it's great. If you want quiet, it's not.

The place was dirty the AC unit was hanging off the wall it wouldn’t work properly get to sit and just fixed it. Very expensive for not being very comfortable.

As always the staff was super friendly and made our experience amazing. We were disappointed that there was no parking available for our family due to a group they had playing that evening. We were disappointed to have to park our car on the street. The staff did try and make it better by buying us breakfast the following morning so thank you for that. My only real complaint was the smell of our room. We sprayed room deodorizer and nothing seemed to help. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would consider using them in the future.

Hotel check in was quick and easy. Excellent front desk.. The Skybar has great views of the city and the restaurant (on site) has awesome food and margaritas

Ironing board needs a pad, not just cover. Damaged 2 new skirts. The staff are very helpful and courteous. I made several attempts to call or email before my trip for area information, and transportation from airport and surrounding area. No attempt was ever made to return my inquiries. I was very unorganized for this trip to a city I had never before visited.

Baseball spring training is a must for me every year.. I stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights. Overall I was satisfied with my stay. Only thing I had an issue with, was an ongoing and very annoying sound that sounded like a neighboring air conditioning unit.. For not having many bars in the area, the hotel had a pretty nice set up, drinks were awesome, food was amazing (specially the tacos)... room #308

Nice hotel, location is fine. Easy parking for which they charge. Beautiful pool area. Rooftop bar with a loud metal staircase leading up to it that doesn’t close until 10pm so if you need to work in your room the evening or an early night’s sleep not the hotel for you.

Room was clean, staff were very nice & helpful. The only thing I didn’t like room had no microwave & facility doesn’t have laundry room.

clean room and bathroom. Excellent southwest restaurant downstairs. Really pleasant and helpful staff

Excellent, as always. My flight was almost four hours late due to blizzard-type weather. I was dying to get out into the warmth and sun. I mentioned when checking in that I was going to grab a rental bike and take a spin before it got dark. Lo and behold, the gentleman checking me in offered me a hotel-owned bike and I was able to ride a canal trail for miles (as I used to when I lived here). The food, outdoor patio, and bar atmosphere is terrific. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. I highly highly recommend the Clarendon. I always stay here when in Phoenix.

Was staying in town on business. This was more of a LA hipster hotel. Restaurant was good but hotel room was depressing and 2 of the days there was no hot water.

The staff was amazing! Very cute hotel. The pool was awesome & such great decor.

This is the BEST place. GREAT people and the food was amazing. I work at a Women's Clinic at the end of the street and will Stay at this hotel whenever I have to visit!

Trying hard to be chic without quality:cold water in shower, no coffee maker, noisy mechanical systems, etc.

Very cool hotel! Pool is unbelievable! Room was huge with comfy beds!

Hotel staff is extremely accommodating. Rooms were clean, great location, comfy beds.

Great spot and great price. Good food around the area.

Good customer service nice clean rooms restaurant and bar are great

I stay regularly at the Clarendon when in Phoenix on business. It is very conveniently located, the amenities are nice, and the staff very helpful and friendly. It is a good value for the price. I recommend it highly.
