Boutique hotel vibes. No staff to help with luggage though but I would absolutely stay here again!

The property was nice, very comfortable. The beds were a 4 on a scale 1-10. The pillows were a 2 at best

Awesome place to stay. Downtown near lots of food choices.

I was super excited about this hotel, but after staying there, it just seemed to fall short of my expectations. There were no robes like advertized, the beds were very hard, and it took a long time for our room cool down. The pool area did not seem family friendly as everyone was drinking and blasting loud music. The pillows were comfortable, the WiFi worked great, and the staff was super friendly. All in all, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. You could find better for the price.

proximity to downtown Phoenix and having a nice restaurant/bar, the blue hound.

Amazing staff. Very courteous. Looking forward to coming back.

There is a night club next to the hotel in City Center that played loud music every night until 3:00am. It was so loud that I couldn't even watch TV. Staff offered me a "sleeper room" as a courtesy, but I think it's something guests should be aware of. If you can request a room not facing City Center, you'll have a better rest. There is also a $25 daily resort fee that includes a $10/day food/bev credit for things from the mini bar. But the mini bar was a little lackluster in my opinion.

I t was excellent and I can’t wait to go back. Book me orbitz!😃

The pillows are terrible, cant order any movies, no HBO or premium channels, the bathroom setup makes no sense as when yoi shower the whole floor gets wet, room service menu is inaccurate as there is no fresh juice and our room service tray sat outside of our room with food on it for hours... this is hands down the worse Kimpton in the US and i am so annoyed that i automatically chose this hotel because i trusted the Kimpton brand since i love their hotels all over

Beautiful pool, fantastic staff, gorgeous rooms and nice restaurant. Lovely scent throughout the property.

Very beautiful hotel. Loved our stay here. We’ll be back for sure.

It was a very convenient location, close to everything. Staff, valet, and maid service was top notch! The only thing I could complain about is the mattress seamed to be dated and not up to the level of comfort I am used too.

Thank you for the 5 out of 5 score! I'm sorry to hear the bed and pillows weren't as comfortable as you would have hoped. Next time you visit, we can arrange to place a mattress topper placed on your bed and either a softer or more firm pillows set in your room. I really appreciate your feedback and hope you to see you back for another visit soon!
