Beautiful hotel in heart of Phoenix. Walking distance to ballpark and many restaurants and bars. Wine HH everyday. Skytop pool awesome view.

Within 2 city blocks of Chase Field and Talking Stick Arena. Lots of places to eat in the vicinity. Only issue during my stay, no fault of the hotel, was a very loud family who thought it was ok to yell to each other in the hallway very early in the mornings.

We reserved our room for 6 days and upon checking in realized that the room they gave us had a view of a gravel ledge. We asked if we could have a better view and they gave us a wonderful room with a view. Any requests we made were met with positive attitudes all around. The restaurants nearby and in the hotel were wonderful. It seemed all price points were met and a convenience store across the street. We enjoyed our experience.

Our stay was awesome everyone was nice and friendly. Rest and relaxation was the purpose of our stay and that’s what we got.

Don’t drink the tiny water bottle set by your bedside unless you want to see a $6.52 charge afdedto your bill. This hotel provides an additional key for the minibar yet fails to label or mention in any way that the water is part of the minibar. Phoenix water is gross. The least this boutique hotel could docwpuld be to provide filtered water for the room.

Great place close to everything. Only bad thing was our room was over the pool which had a very loud DJ playing till midnite!

We only had around 13 hours there but it was wonderful! Great service, nice room, great location, very happy!

Everything was perfect. Decor, bedding, cleanliness. Everything

This was a great hotel with great service from all the staff we encountered and great location. we will be back.

If you are looking for a centrally located downtown hotel with a modern, client centered atmosohere look no further! This hotel has it all: location, decor and very friendly staff. The pool on the third level is very nice; however, it is open to the public (with the understanding they order food/beverages from attached bar). It can get crowded which is disappointing if you are actually staying here. The access to EOS fitness across the courtyard is another great perk.

The hotel was in a wonderful location. Staff were kind. Very accommodating by letting us check in early and stay late. Would highly recommend this facility

Outstanding. We will definitely be back! Great hotel and amazing location and scenery.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was easy to deal with. The bar and restaurants attached to the hotel was very good. Food was great and drinks were average price. The pool was also great. Even though it was over 100 during the day, the pool was kept at a cool temperature. I would definitely go back there again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything had an additional cost and there wasn't any information about area restaurants.

Once we found it and were able to make our way into the hotel from the parking garage, it was great. We were there one night. The staff were very friendly and responsive. They texted inquiries and were able to provide a bottle opener while we were out at our request. There was a good restaurant where we had a late lunch. There were complimentary beverages in the lobby area. The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature excellent with dark shades. However, the parking garage is only accessible by leaving the hotel, going around the corner, and down a different set of elevators. Not convenient, especially with suitcases.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past two years while on business. The location is excellent, easy airport access and close to our business. The rooms are very large, and the corner suites are my favorite. Hotel staff just kind of stays out of the way except the bellmen who are very helpful. We will stay here again.

My experience surpassed my expectations. This hotel was super clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was great. The service was excellent. I honestly have no complaints but high praise for the Palomar. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This was my second stay at a Kimpton. As with their other properties, the decor and daily happy hour and great touches to the hotel.

Perfect location, decor & great staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Expected more from a Kimpton. The rooms were marginally comfortable. The platform bed was almost unsleepable, bumpy and unforgiving. Sitting area about the same. The TVs are terrible, not what you'd expect for the type of hotel, like first gen flat screens or something. No streaming services like Netflix. The lobby is small and noisy with constant traffic from the adjacent businesses. If your staying downtown Phoenix suggest you find a different hotel. Have had better accommodations at 3 star hotels.

Thank you for the review and sorry for the miscommunication related to mini bar pricing. It is a concern we will look into as the last thing we would want is you feeling nickeled and dimed. Hope to see you again!
