Outstanding. We will definitely be back! Great hotel and amazing location and scenery.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was easy to deal with. The bar and restaurants attached to the hotel was very good. Food was great and drinks were average price. The pool was also great. Even though it was over 100 during the day, the pool was kept at a cool temperature. I would definitely go back there again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything had an additional cost and there wasn't any information about area restaurants.

Once we found it and were able to make our way into the hotel from the parking garage, it was great. We were there one night. The staff were very friendly and responsive. They texted inquiries and were able to provide a bottle opener while we were out at our request. There was a good restaurant where we had a late lunch. There were complimentary beverages in the lobby area. The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature excellent with dark shades. However, the parking garage is only accessible by leaving the hotel, going around the corner, and down a different set of elevators. Not convenient, especially with suitcases.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past two years while on business. The location is excellent, easy airport access and close to our business. The rooms are very large, and the corner suites are my favorite. Hotel staff just kind of stays out of the way except the bellmen who are very helpful. We will stay here again.

My experience surpassed my expectations. This hotel was super clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was great. The service was excellent. I honestly have no complaints but high praise for the Palomar. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This was my second stay at a Kimpton. As with their other properties, the decor and daily happy hour and great touches to the hotel.

Perfect location, decor & great staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Expected more from a Kimpton. The rooms were marginally comfortable. The platform bed was almost unsleepable, bumpy and unforgiving. Sitting area about the same. The TVs are terrible, not what you'd expect for the type of hotel, like first gen flat screens or something. No streaming services like Netflix. The lobby is small and noisy with constant traffic from the adjacent businesses. If your staying downtown Phoenix suggest you find a different hotel. Have had better accommodations at 3 star hotels.

Walkable city. Lots of resturants around hotel. Hotel had free internet service but told me I had to sign up for a points/membership program. Which I did and later found I dodnt need to. So that was misleading and unethical. The internet thing was the only thing that bothered me.

this is a great place to stay in downtown phoenix. room, service, location, and restaurant were all amazing. layout and interior design very welcoming and I don't usually even notice those things.

Great location, easy access to the convention center for business and many options for dining close by. Staff was exemplary and the hotel had a great vibe!

It was a very nice hotel, clean and close to Downtown Phoenix. Rooftop pool (3 floor) live music and had a DJ. Building is shared with actual apartments with 2 different entrances, making the lobby small. Breakfast must be bought and usually not included in the price. It was a nice hotel and convenient to restaurants and literally right across from Talking Stick Resort Arena

My 2 daughters and I stayed here for a concert across the street which was perfect because we didn't have to deal with any traffic. We had a great time on our trip and the hotel was amazing. Wonderful amenities including bikes that we were able to use and ride around town. The Valet staff as well as the Front desk staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be looking for Kimpton properties for any future travels.

Staff is on point, everyone from Valet, to Front Desk staff to Bellman and In Room Dining were extremely friendly and are willing to help in anyway they can. The staff at this hotel made our stay!!

Went on a "Family" mini vacation and was very disappointed that my family and I couldn't even enjoy the swimming pool on the fourth of July due to an "Adult Theme" that was taking place there that day. It would have been nice to have been notified when I made the arrangements that this event would be taking place. Very disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room for your convenience. No trash bins located anywhere on our floor or even outside Hotel to throw away items/food.

My best friend and I had a girls night for my birthday! Hotel is very boutiquey and modern. Best place to stay for a girls night!

We were in town for ASU orientation. The location is great. We were able to catch a Diamondbacks game without any driving hassles. Having the pool upstairs is a nice convenience, but don't expect to get any swimming done in the afternoons. It's strictly a wading/drinking zone at that time.

Very nice, updated hotel in the heart of downtown Phoenix.

We were so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff! The bed was a little too hard for our liking and we REALLY wished that the pool had been heated. The pool area and bar was gorgeous! In fact, it was so lovely that my now fiancé picked it as the perfect place to propose! Gorgeous views. It was perfect!

We appreciate the feedback and will use this as a source to improve. Nickel and diming is an element we pride ourselves in staying away from but I absolutely apologize that you got that vibe. I am confident we will be better next time. All the best!

It truly is a great spot for anything sports or concert related in downtown Phoenix. The location is prime and I'd like to think the product here is pretty special as well. Sorry for the confusion in finding us, it will certainly be addressed.
