While the staff was very helpful, I felt this property was not as nice as other Kimptons we’ve stayed in. (1) I was disappointed in housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights. Room was cleaned day 1; we had to request it be cleaned on day 2. Only beds were made. Trash was not emptied, nothing wiped off. We had no housekeeping on day 3 or 4. (2) the safe didn’t work (3) the water did not remain hot for 2 showers in the morning.

It's a No For Me.

The staff was great and we love the area... but the roof itself was disappointing. I got a good deal on a suite and think about the normal price and would of been pissed if I had to pat a dollar more. The rooms itself just seemed old and dirty. Alot of dust on various things. Just not clean. Also slept horrible. Did not like the bed at all! (& thats usually the best part)

It was clean and well maintained with good amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful whenever needed. Plenty of activities and dining within walking distance. Lounge area and rooftop pool/bar were very nice.
