EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT IT WAS 69 DEGREES IN THE ROOM. THE CARPET WAS EVEN COLD...BATHROOM TILE SONJA HENIE COULD HAVE PREFORMED ON IT.
Absolutely one of the most well kept, clean, safe, beautiful landscape places I've ever seen. Staff is just great and specially RJ.
I can't say enough good things about my stay at Hotel Valley Ho! The staff was exceptional! I wanted to extend my stay before I even got to my room! I can't wait to return!

The pool party was lit. The Terace suite wrap around patio was perfect for hosting a patio brunch. The lobby bar and restaurant was amazing food and beverage options. We had a great lobster Mac n cheese with balsamic vinaigrette asparagus and a bottle of Pierre Jouette. The mid century architecture was beautiful
No water from 11 PM to 4 AM and NOT disclosed at booking -- very disappointing!!

The food at ZuZu inside was amazing as well as the staff. The front desk gentlemen were outstanding and friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel.
Not for a 35-40 crowd. Pool was all 50 over weight people, or families. I expected 21 plus on the weekends. Rooms have a weird smell and they used old thin duvets in between two top sheets, and the pillows were lumpy. I expected a little more for 500$ a night. Disappointing
I loved this retro hotel. Valet and front desk was very nice and helpful. Only stayed one night but had a pleasant stay.
We got to our room and there were dead bugs all over the beds and floors. We were so creeped out that we left and checked into another hotel. However, I will say that the hotel manager handled it professionally and kindly.
Interesting history of hotel and loved the convenience. We never used our car except two side trips to Taliesen and desert botanical gardens. Very walkable to restaurants and museums and shopping.
