I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was in completely unacceptable condition. There was a visible cockroach infestation — I spent most of the nights killing roaches instead of sleeping. This is not an exaggeration. It was constant. There was visible mold in the room. The bed sheets clearly had not been changed, and there was someone else’s hair underneath the quilt. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor and unsanitary. The bathroom was riddled with filth and mold and other guests hair under the soap tray. In the corners and under the sinks. This was not just “a little dirty.” This was a legitimate health and safety concern. After the stay, I looked at the Google reviews and saw numerous similar complaints. I truly wish I had checked beforehand. I have stayed with this hotel chain before and it is usually reliable, which makes this location especially disappointing. I attempted to resolve this through Hotels.com and was refused a refund despite documenting the issues. I did attempt to call down to the desk multiple times no response. Eve hotels.com could not reach this hotel and had to send emails Travelers: please read reviews carefully before booking. I would not stay here again under any circumstances.

No staff on arrival. Terrible area. Got checked in, went to room and people were in it. Staff freaked out called for security. They were completely sold out and made me call for a refund. Pretty sure they doubled charged me contacting Expedia for refund. Would leave a 0 stars if possible.
