Located near park with disc golf course, biking, walking, running, Near to I-17, State Route 101 and Deer Valley. Private entrance, full bath with walk in shower, safety bars and kitchenette, Free Wi-Fi, 50" TV with Netflix / Prime. Laundry facilities available. Upon entering the locked garden gate, the illuminated walking paths creates almost instant calmness.
