They property was clean could use a few uodates, but beds nice, staff was excellent and friendly and made the stay, pool was clean, gym was small but nice only missing a fan for air circulation. Resturant open early and late, so was not able to order lunch. I would stay again but no walking the neighborhood.

The staff was very accommodating

My wife and I had a very nice few days in Phoenix. The hotel is surrounded by good places to eat. The hotel allows small dogs. Hotel has a restaurant. All was good. Hope to visit again.

My overall experience was very good especially getting help/information from the staff.

We left the room to run errands. When we came back are room was never cleaned. I called the front office regarding my room not being cleaned. Apparently you have to request to have your room cleaned or they don’t automatically do it. We never got fresh towels while we were there. While showering the shower automatically shut off on me twice. I let the front desk know. One of front desk people made a joke about it. I didn’t think was funny. Another front desk person said they would look into it. The ice machine wasn’t working on out floor. We had to go to level three to get ice. I’ll never stay at this hotel again. I thought the Double Tree was suppose to be a nice hotel for what we paid. I’ll stick to the Hyatt. I’ve never had problems with them. .

Given the worm and the three inch beetle in the room, the pool being out of order the entire week we were there, and the questionable surrounding area, I don't plan to stay here again.

The pool was closed due to having algie tried to originally book a bigger room that was posted as sold out when many were available and unreserved the walk from the desk to the room was at the opposite end due to.the side entrances being locked and unaccessible for their.customers convenience and at 4am the smoke alarm started sounding throught the entire hotel which was extremly loud especially when your.sleeping and having to be woken up.by it and after shutting off it then went off at least 4 more times before it was reset ...it also advertises free breakfast which was not being presented or given anything for replacement whi ch the pool jacuzzi the quiet soundproof rooms for the noise and no breakfast that was charged as being included in the cost and not satisfied or even adjusted is very disappointing and poor customer service for not even trying to offer a credit on a future stay or showing any concern for their customers needs and the expectations that were expected just as they expected.and got.my mon3y...

For a hotel in a very silly part of town I felt safe and staff took care of all late night issues and noises we had from drunk late night noises

Surrounding area was run down and appeared to be unsafe

Perfect location next to lots of restaurants. Rooms were super clean and cozy. The ladies at the front desk were the best. The pool was accessible and well kept. The complimentary cookies were a nice touch.

Nice hotel. Plenty of dining options nearby that makes it rather convenient.

The be was comfy. Overall the stay was unsatisfying
