Lovely and Cozy

Great place for the money. Newly remodeled. Bed was comfortable. Nice fenced yard if you bring a pet. Would stay again.

Fantastic stay!

I highly recommend this property and host. The house was amazing and though the back yard needed help when we got there, Caleb IMMEDIATELY took care of it. The house itself is adorable and we had a great stay (my dog did NOT want to leave the yard behind), but Caleb's hospitality and willingness to take care of anything that came up made it outstanding! We will definitely rent again especially when our in-laws come to town.

Cute Little House

The only problem we really had was the house was hot when we arrived. The owner was very quick to resolve. Summer is not the best time to visit Phoenix area. The house was located pretty close to just about anything tor want. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Great place to stay if you are on a budget and need to be close to the airport. Host was responsive and organized. Had no issues at all.

Good for a couple

The property was nice but I should have read better lol. I thought it was a 2 bedroom and a living room but the second bedroom was a living room. It was a little tight for us (me who is pregnant, my hubby, my 17yo son and my 5yo daughter). However with that being said, it suited our purpose and was close to what we needed. It was clean and cozy and if it were just me and my hubby I would definitely rent again!! Also Caleb was very responsive!

Clean, convenient, lots of value.

We had a great time staying here. Even in the small space, the hosts had the place well stocked, clean, and setup for us. We had an extra fluffy guest stay with us and were super happy with how the property was fully fenced and secure. The home was stocked with extra towels, sheets, pillows, bowls, plates, silverware etc. The keyless entry made it easy for us checking in / out. WiFi was fast. My favorite part was then fridge was loaded with cold water bottles. It was 106 when we stayed but the AC kept the place cold. Bed was comfortable and we’ll likely rebook October when we come back. Thanks Caleb.

Very Comfortable Stay!

I stayed here with my cousins on a little getaway. The place was very comfortable for us in every way. Check in was easy. Host was nice and easy to work with. The bed and pull-out couch were both very comfortable and had nice sheets and extra pillows, blankets, and bedding. The big extra storage space was nice for our bags and clothes. We walked to Bosa doughnuts in the mornings and it’s a great little neighborhood. We liked the big TV with all the channels there. The back yard was great for dogs. Also the kitchen was good size with everything someone would need to cook nice meals. A great price too. We will be back for sure!
