Vibe was super cool with great art displayed. All staff was super helpful, polite and welcoming. Food/cocktails/coffee drinks from Match were all delicious! Room was clean and well equipped. Neighborhood is walkable with cafes and parks nearby. Fantastic stay!

This stay was exactly what we hoped for. The hotel was clean, modern, and the room was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room itself was quiet with no city/outside noise. Parking and access to the hotel was easy and felt secure. Parking in the back of the hotel is via an app/website, but street parking was free for a weekend day, so check street parking to save a few bucks. We didn't get the opportunity to try out the restaurant & bar, but it looked amazing. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in PHX!

We stayed in room 800 on the VIP floor. I loved the balcony and size of the room. I hated the bathroom and shower. Shower without a door created water all over the floor. We were left with cleaning after every shower. The ironing board was very dirty and The headboard was disgusting. We will probably not stay here again.

This hotel is terrible all around. We parked in the parking lot and got a boot on our car that cost $260.00 to remove simply because we didn't put some bar code in our phone to pay for parking the first night we arrived which was last in the day. The entrance is 200 yards from the parking lot and we had to carry our luggage this distance to get to the front desk. The room which was a suite was pathetic, the couch was old and falling apart, the room was dirty, there is no place to put your clothes. The shower is separated from the bed by a curtain in the room. They never informed us about the free breakfast and they didn't give a damn about our vehicle getting a boot that cost $260.00 for the night.

There was a homeless man in the lobby and another one looking in our car in the parking lot. So it did not feel safe. The property is difficult to access if you have more than 1 piece of luggage. There are no luggage carts and the interior design of the rooms feels like you’re in a converted garage. No night stands. It’s a hipster vibe but the other guests we spoke to thought it was all weird. Strange art all over.

We had no hot water for showers before leaving in the morning for the airport. I was told by the front desk that it takes a while for the hot water to get to the lower floors. That's not good enough! We let the shower run nearly 45 minutes and it was less than room temp. We had to pack up and leave dirty. Thanks for that.
