The property is a duplex, so you’ll share a front parking area with other renters.
This casita is located behind a main house and comes with its own parking spot and private entrance. The living / bedroom area is equipped with a queen bed, 55 inch smart TV, and a desk and chair...perfect for nomadic workers! The kitchen area has a full size fridge, a plug-in electric burner, air fryer, rice cooker, and crockpot. There is also a baker's rack that contains a coffee pot, toaster oven, and microwave. In-unit washer and dryer included!
