Overall im usually always happy with embassy suites. I always call ahead of time to also ask some specific questions. Some important things for me is knowing if the pool is open or down for any reason, if there is any construction in or around the facility, if everything is working, and some other financial questions. With that, i called ahead to ask these questions and was told everything was working, open and no construction. When i arrived the elevator closest to my room was not working, and we had a bunch of luggage with us from traveling. Thankfully it was only one level up. Other than this issue everything else was good. The included breakfast is always nice.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our room could have been cleaner such as the carpets needed vacuuming and cleaning and toilet didn’t look like it had been throughly cleaned. Some of the pool towels were stained, we didn’t use those and they need to just throw them away and get new ones… Oh, and the neighbors were LOUD! A lot of bumping around. There also was some wear and tear, kinda expected better by it being a Hilton/ Embassy Suites Brand. BUT the bed was comfortable, the property was clean, the breakfast was delicious and always hot and fresh, and the staff was really nice, ESPECIALLY the shuttle driver Mr. Kevin! We would definitely stay again.

I would recommend this resort for anyone who wants an affordable, reliable, and somewhat centrally located stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was attentive and friendly, the breakfast was some of the best complimentary breakfast I’ve had traveling in the states, and the resort isn’t too big or confusing to navigate. Another honorable mention is the complimentary happy hour from 5-6:30 which we definitely took advantage of! If you aren’t renting a car or wanting to uber, you’ll definitely need to be okay with lots of walking. Overall, I’d say this resort was worth the price and we would come stay here again if we come back!

The suite we stayed in was lovely. But the maid had pointed the shower nozzle so that when my girlfriend took her shower, water ran onto the floor. The bed and pillows were AMAZING! Breakfast was great. But dinner was substandard, and the waiter's communication skills were substandard.

The staff is terrific - friendly yet professional. The property is clean, safe, beds are super comfy. Air conditioner is noisy though. Breakfast is delicious, but skip the salads at the Azul restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel did not appear to be well maintained. My room had broken lamps, tvs, phone would not connect to the restaurant or room service. No one answered the phone and the front desk and the staff were not very apologetic. Poor maintenance.

I love how there was a living area,dining table, nice,spacious buffet place. But i hope they can improve the refrigerator in hotel room as it doesn’t get that cold and keep beverages that chilled.

Loved the property, the hotel is very cute. The happy hour and breakfast were great. Unfortunately the room had a terrible mold smell and the carpet was quite dirty. Staff said those were issues due to being close to the pool, I would return but ask for a room not near the pool entrance.
