Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort

It was a teen sleepover party 1 adult, 5 teens. It was perfect, plenty of room in the suite, the girls enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was fabulous!!! It was totally worth what we paid through orbitz.

I have stayed at this property annually for the past 15 years. Since becoming Embassy Suites: * Indifferent front desk...acted like they were doing me a favor by acknowledging me. Gentleman too busy doing his insurance sign up * I prefer a room over the lobby area.. I called ahead to make this request---as I have in the past. I was handled very rudely--again as if I was asking for an arm. * Upon arrival I was told only one room in the area was available. Room on ground level---closest to parking lot * I took the room, but it was dirty, smelled, no second lock on door, no notes to post for housekeeping * garbage not taken out for 3 days * I tipped the housekeeping staff daily and the TV pedestal had enough dust to write my name in it * I am assuming this was a handicap accessible room. The bathroom was horrible--shower too narrow to stand facing shower head...water splashed all over floor. had to lay towels down to keep from slipping and falling

This is the third reunion that I have attended and we did them all at Embassy Suites. Dallas, Atlanta, and Scottsdale, and we intend to do it again this fall at Old Town Omaha. Your facilities are perfect for people in their 80's. Your breakfasts are great, your staff are very helpful and your hotels are generally situated where the action is.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, spacious rooms, and great amenities. Close to shopping and highways to get around greater Phoenix area. Will definitely stay here again!

I couldn't sleep because of noise of air condition kicking every three minutes or so. Other than, I feel it was a great room booked through Orbtiz for such a reasonable rate. Thanks Orbitz.

Average hotel older exterior upgraded interior. Good breakfast buffet

After spending 5 nights in other hotels, we needed a nights sleep... So headed to the Embassy to enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks, a clean spacious suite, and delicious breakfast in the morning! Night and day, above the rest!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and very nice, central AC. Loved the breakfast.

I hate writing reviews but this was a great place and I would stay there again.

Bad at first, because of construction. Excellent after that.

clean and quiet rooms , nice pool . free drinks at happy hour reception . and nice breakfast..

Great place, loved it would do it again and again.

Considering the hotel is undergoing remodel and name change, everything went smooth and the room was outstanding. Our room had a complete remodel, staff very helpful. I would book again.

Overall, I would stay there again because the location, price, and room quality were excellent. The breakfast buffet was also good and our room was right by the pool. But the carpet was filthy. My 9 month year old son crawled around for five minutes and became covered in black dirt. It then got all over the bathroom because there was some droplets of water on the floor. So, do a carpet check of your room; otherwise, excellent choice.

construction never told about before booking no wifi whole time on stay,so much better places to stay in area, even employee very unhappy there,NEVER AGAIN!

Hotel was under renovations lack of parking elevators not workingg

Would not stay here again mislead regarding hotel conditions

I booked a stay at Chaparral Suites March 29-31 and was fairly disappointed. I really wish I would've had been notified that the property would be under construction during my stay. I would have much rather booked a different hotel, and not be woken up by the sound of jackhammers outside of my door and a construction wall two feet in front of my suite. The relaxing stay I imagined was certainly not delivered. Breakfast was served in a crowded tent, and the nearby pool was closed off due to construction. I would have happily paid a little more to make my cherished time away from work relaxing and worthwhile. I wish that they had made people aware of the remodel going on currently (April 2016). Other than the construction, the property was nice, and I would probably stay here in the future.

The hotel is undergoing construction. I arrived for a 2 night stay I booked online they didn't have a room so they put me up in another hotel. I wasn't to upset it was a nice hotel but when I had to check out of that hotel after getting in from a latenight I didn't think I was going to have to wait till 2pm to get my room. So I ended up sleeping in my car for a couple hrs. I didn't pay almost 700 for a hotel to sleep in my car!

I understand that hotels need to be renovated I also believe that guests should be informed at time their reservation is made and let them decide whether or not they want to stay there. I feel I was tricked. The lobby where you check in was a hotel room not a good first impression. The photos on their site looked nothing like the actual hotel. To their credit the renovated rooms were beautifully done
