We were so glad to find a place close to the surgery clinic and comfortable with a kitchen and home type feeling. My husband had a torn/ detached retina and had to have surgery in Phoenix and had to stay for at least 5 days due to changes in altitude in Sedona. We felt very comfortable and had everything that we needed.

The carpet was old and dirty. The sink in the bath room was clogged and smiley! The chairs were old and worn.

The whole place is great. Many things for the kids to do and more space than a hotel. The only negative we have is that they charge a $100 deposit - we checked out without any issues but we are still waiting for the money to be returned (4 days later)

It was a good stay...the room has everything that you could need, so its like a home away from home.

Had a great experience with this place. Only thing that was a downside was no elevators and our room was on the third floor. Did not expect a washing machine and dryer which is a nice perk when you have small kids. Overall would highly recommend and come back again!

Property was advertised as a Resort, not so. It is an older apartment complex turned into a "Vacation Property". The only nice thing was the pool area which I did not use since I went to Scottsdale for a family emergency. I booked because of the availability to sit on a private balcony, beware that there is an airport close by that starts at 6 AM with a steady stream of small planes and small corporate jets taking off every two minutes until 9 AM. There is also construction on the property (digging up the old parking lot and resurfacing). So needless to say I do not feel it was fair to be charged $15.00 a day Resort Fee!

Type of room I ordered was not available however was given a lovely upgrade. Very spacious. Only negative was a first floor room was not available and only access to second floor was the stair. After recent surgery stairs were inconvient

Room was lovely, well appointed. We were very happy with the room. Pool was relatively small for the amount of rooms on the site. Lots of people trying to use it at once. But overall I would bring my family back here. One down side, the high pressure sales of their time share package. Ugh....stop calling our room already. I hated that, but my hubby didn't mind and bought...grrr.

Great stay at Scottsdale links resort, great location , beautiful pool and property, excellent staff.

Short stay. Michele was not a pleasant person to check in with. Welcome desk was more pleasant and catered to our requests. This is a timeshare resort so they will try to get you into a presentation. The small pool stucco floor is falling apart watch your step. It needs tlc. Our room was not vacuumed. Dark at night.

Overall I am well pleased with my stay . This is not a hotel , it is condos where you can stay a day or as long as you would like . Don't bother with their company booking agents they are rude and do the old today and today only shuffle . Use a third party booking agent and you will be fine .

love it , not to much going up steps on the 3th floor , but when you got there it was like being at home , everything was there you did not feel like you was at some kind of hotel , would like to stay longer well next time .

Wonderful staff! Did not encounter even one rude person. The pillows were the most awesome pillows I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on!

This is some kind of a time share deal. When we checked in, the people swarmed us like bees, and kept us in the office for about a half an hour trying to get us to sign up for meetings and to buy their program. Asking questions pretending to be interested in us and our lives, only to try and trap us in our answers. We were late for our dinner engagement and concert later as a result. Then we learned that the check-out is 10:00 a.m., which is crazy when you are trying to enjoy a time away. When asked if an extended check-out was possible, they checked and said NO, and said the computer would automatically charge us $50/hr if we didn't leave immediately. They also charged a separate Resort Fee which was not disclosed when we booked. It ruined our get-away. Don't get sucked in. We should get a refund because of the deceptive program.

When booking this room it was believed to be just a room, however to my surprise it was actually a 2 bedroom, kitchen (with everything except the food), living area, dining area and laundry closet - suite, with everything one could need for an extended stay. Unfortunately for me it was only a 1 night stay. Defiantly will stay here again if I ever need to be back in the area for business or personal trips.

I feel I got more than what I paid for. The best sleep I've ever gotten here and the staff was amazing. I will be back!

Really enjoyed the beautiful living areas, the patio to enjoy the Arizona air. This place is a gem and our families enjoy a few days of relaxation together. Have never been disappointed with anything there and we have stayed many times. Definitely a good family place or singles place to stay.

Everything was great except that the weather was not as warm as normal and this caused the furnace to run often and was extremely loud.. No way the resort could correct that at the time we visited.

The hotel was comfortable. There could be more lighting outside in the street and parking areas.

Scottsdale Links Resort was convenient location to my business trip. Room ok with good suite amenities . Very roomy - not necessarily modern but everything you need. right on golf course but I wasn't playing.

Good afternoon Tami, Please know that the deposit is released the day of check out. Normally depending on your banking institute it will take 3-5 business days for it to reflect back in your account. If for some reason you do not see it by the end of next week please reach out to me at the resort. Respectfully, Steven Horn, GM
