Tucked away, quiet, GORGEOUS, and the best staff we’ve encountered at a luxury resort.

We enjoyed the firepit of our Casita, the outstanding service /professionalism of the staff, the lovely pool and beautiful environs.

First, I would like to mention the hotel took covid very seriously. The staffs wore masks covering themselves and took precautions. Thanks you, Four Seasons! This property is beautifully situated in a dramatic landscape and has beautiful gardens. The salt water pools were great. If you are looking for this type of experience, I would suggest staying here. However, I was disappointed by the level of service I received. The towel service was poor. One morning I got frustrated waiting for a towel and helped myself. Another morning around 8:30am, they were out of beach/pool towels. Additionally, when I called the front desk, often no one answered the call( especially mid-week). This is not the level of service I would expect from Four Seasons. The rooms are spacious with an outdoor patio area with seating. I would suggest asking to stay in the part of the hotel near the pool accessible by walking or a golf cart ride. The rooms could use some updates. The carpet was especially warm. Someone should be inspecting the rooms prior to check in. The room could have been cleaner and there were bird droppings on the outdoor seating which they cleaned up after I said something. The room had a Nespresso maker. The food in the restaurant is so so. I would suggest eating offsite some nights. I ordered fish taco which were particularly disappointing. The margaritas are very good. I stayed for 7 nights. During mid-week the hotel was empty.

Most accommodating, polite, professional staff of any property we have visited!

Great property, service was good and friendly. I would say that there was a bit of inconsistency in offerings during my 5 night stay. I would defiantly return.

Great hotel for families. We made a lot of use of the kiddie pool. Cribs provided by the hotel were a bit dated, but other than that we found our stay to be very comfortable!

So sad and surprised. I love four seasons and especially the resort ones. However, this one truly disappoints. We came here 6 years ago and had nice memories. This time around it was not good. The service is not four seasons quality. The food was not four seasons quality. The pool and the service at the pool was not good. We were super surprised by all that was promised and what was actually delivered. Too bad. I expect better consistency from a 5 star chain. I guess not all four seasons are made equal.

Property layout was unique. Beautiful landscaping and I liked how guest rooms are in separate buildings throughout property which provided lots of privacy and a quiet atmosphere. Rooms are very spacious and clean with modern furniture. Two restaurants onsite so there really is no need to venture out of resort if staycation is your goal. Mountain views throughout. Definitely my favorite resort for a luxurious, quiet, and private getaway.

Amazing... great value... foox was amazing perfect

awesome! Very nice resort! The activities, spa, pool, area hiking, are amazing. VERY BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS

I do not want to talk it up too much because I want to make sure I can always get a place to stay when we book:-) Bottom Line; my wife and I like this the best out of all the Four Season Hotels we stay throughout the U.S

It is not a 4S standard hotel, expensive and very old

We treated ourselves to Four Seasons and wow was it worth it! The location was amazing...super close to a near by hike and away from noise and clutter of the city. The pool was perfect! The room had a balcony with a view of the local nature. The staff at the hotel and restaurant was kind, helpful and generous. This was a perfect resort experience.

Everything was great. We did have a moth in the room when we checked in and day we left. Only downside. Pool with dead bees & things from over hanging trees.

Fabulous resort in a beautiful setting. The room was spacious, well laid out. The terrace provided a quiet place to view the desert. The bathroom was large and luxurious. The grounds were simply stunning. I ate at two of the restaurants on site and both were delicious. The staff was universally helpful and welcoming.
