BATHTUB was the #1 reson for getting the specific room. The entire bathtub front panel was exposed and falling off and my partner had to use painters tape to cover exposed gunk that was in between the pannel and tub was afraid of mold so was turned off

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. They also have free cookies! I must say that the (paid for) breakfast left something to be desired. The organization of the breakfast area was a bit odd and the food was mediocre. My eggs almost required a knife to eat :(

Very well maintained and clean. Good hotel for business.

The hotel was clean, and well maintained. My few interactions with the staff were pleasant and helpful. I did not dine there, but the food I swclooked well prepared. Convenient to my needs

I would say that the staff was very friendly and the hotel seemed to be very well maintained. I had an excellent experience last week and will stay again.

It was a pretty good hotel with a very convenient location. Friendly staff! Clean rooms. I only wish they would offer free breakfast.

All was great! Just beds hurt my back and i neesed a chiropractor adjustment!

Without question, this was one of the better hotel experiences of recent months. In Scottsdale for business, the hotel gave us an excellent and friendly staff, quiet atmosphere with comfortable rooms, great food, convenient location, . My wife and I could not have been happier. My next trip to Scottsdale will include a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn on E. Princess Drive.

In that I had not be in that part of the desert - I ventured out to a nearby lot to watch the unusal birds... The gentleman at the desk came outside and warned me that they regularly see Javelina's - a piglike desert deweller - that will charge. (He also mentioned the diamondbacks.) I appreciated the warning - and decided to look a more of a distance!

Nice extra touches: starting with fresh icewater in the lobby with orange/lemon/lime slices, workout room, extra comfortable desk chair, adjustable comfort mattress, vanity set including nail file,q-tips,cotton wipes, dental floss, mouthwash included with shampoo/conditioner/lotion,granite countertops,Starbuck's coffee, refridgerator and microwave, clean, quiet, outdoor pool(separate towels were supplied at the pool)2 computers were available for guest use. Reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the hall carpets needed cleaning, and there was no continental breakfast included with the cost. This is the third time I have stayed here, and definitely would stay there again.

Very clean , friendly comfortable and will reserve again when possible

I had a perfect stay as far as this hotel is concerned. The location was perfect, the staff was consistently friendly, check in/out was seemless, and the rooms were clean.

The staff was phenomenal, they helped me print my boarding pass in a pinch which was a huge help. It was also the quietest hotel room I've ever slept in, I didn't hear a thing!
