Place needs some work - a little tired - attention to details. Coffee and tea and cooking oil - small perks, although not advertised, go a long way and the good places always go above and beyond and offer these. The unit was sparkling clean and very comfortable for our 6 night stay. Great location and a coffee shop only 2 blocks away.We had some trouble with the key lock because the light was poor and we struggled to read the number pad. Hot water in the hall bath is reversed and takes quite some time to warm.The management team was very responsive and friendly. Any issue was dealt with promptly and professionally.

We loved the cute place. So nice to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and balcony was nice to have. The place was clean and checkin and checkout process was so easy. A nice place to stay in Phoenix

The property was clean and well maintained. Manager was easy to get a hold of. The pool is not heated, so no go in November and the jacuzzi was being repaired during the entire stay, so no go either. Another small annoyance was that Thomas Rd is loud and the master bedroom window is facing it directly, so sleeping with an open window was not possible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
