Our mattress was too hard. Every morning, I woke up with my neck and back hurting. Also to note, parking isn’t convenient for some rooms. We had bell service take us to and from our room because our car was parked away from our room. Having a kitchenette was nice. Very spacious room.

Great place. Clean and friendly staff

Resort is clean and fairly nice, especially for the price. Biggest drawback is that parking is FAR away from many of the rooms. It's a long walk and not convenient at all.

Fantastic value. Very comfortable, large suite, with in-room hot tub plenty big enough for two people, and; full-size refrigerator, glassware and dishes, tvs (with cable) in both bedroom and living room, big shower, in-room safe, patio. Very private and quiet.

The staff was superb! So friendly and accommodating!

Property and rooms are nice. The bar in the lobby is lousy, too young bartenders who get overwhelmed with more than 2 customers. Cocktails are incredibly expensive and no where on par with the price they are asking… seriously Manhattan level pricing for poorly made drinks. Nice stay, absolutely skip the bar.

The outdoor restaurant was filthy full of bird poop. From top shades, poles, chairs, chair covers, tables, underneath tables - gross. Unsightly. Pool area and surrounding areas were clean. Rooms were immaculate.

The resort was very nice & clean. Only downside is parking and having a far walk depending on what villa you stay in.

The staff was friendly and helpful Seth worked there and he suggested some good places he was very professional and nice

Had a four night stay; contrary to other reviews, I had no problem getting a good parking spot and getting the first floor room I wanted at the resort. Make your requests known in advance after booking. The photos of the resort were accurate. Easy check-in (I guess you could call in to ask for an earlier check-in) and check-out made it convenient. If you want housekeeping, you will have schedule it. Although I am not a golfer, the view of the golf course from the room's patio was quiet and relaxing. Free Wi-Fi, close to shopping and restaurants and the highways, and other amenities are available, including porters offering transportation across the resort, with just a phone call. Requests for towels, trash pick up, or a ride to the pool are also available by calling the 24-hour front desk. You can can also walk the shaded path along the resort, if you are so inclined. In-room kitchenette and a spa tub (my favorite) with a separate shower are a plus. Only things I had an issue with are the bed pillows, which I felt were too soft, the pool towels which were a bit rough to the touch, and the chairs and orange couch in the living room seemed a little dated. Overall, a great experience that was surpassed my expectations. If you're vacationing in the Phoenix area or even a resident of Arizona going on a stay-cation, I think you will enjoy your time at the Orange Tree Resort.

AWESOME STAFF AND FACILITIES.ONLY NEGATIVE WAS NO ACUTUAL HOUSE CLEANING WITHOUT A 24 HR.NOTICE EVEN THEN YOU MIGHT NOT GET IT.ROOM SERVICE DOESNT CHANGE BED LINENS SWEEP OR ANY OTHER SUCH DUTIES.ALL THEY DO IS STRAIGHTEN UP ROOM. NOT COOL FOR A RESORT

Location was great to shopping and attractions. Resort staff were friendly and resort was very nice overall.

We had a great time at this property! Rooms were great, close to everything. Bar onsite with food and laundry. Rides to and from your room. Would definitely stay again. 10/10
