I don't think this place should be categorized as resort, it was way too noisy both inside and outside the room to make me feel like this is a resort. The AC was too loud that I wasn't able to fall asleep and the music in the public area was loud like pub music. It was on around 10:40pm and I had to call to ask when this was going to stop. Also I was very surprised by being charged $30 resort fee as it was not states in the booking page (booking page said everything was included) nor upon check-in.

Liked family friendly pool and pool area. Bathroom setup is not that ideal when staying with small children. Liked that hotel provided crib and fridge.

It was not kids friendly and we were not told abt the adult only pool party on one of the days

The pool is a Vegas style Lounge pool which is so beautiful and relaxing. However they charge you an amenity fee and you pay a ton of money for drinks so I think the rooms are overpriced for the value of the room. They should offer just day packages. I could spend the whole day at their pool but probably the night somewhere else. The rooms are not soundproof and it feels like a Motel 6. Especially where they put us on the outside by the parking lot.

too many hidden costs... MUCH TO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS

The rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable. Staff is friendly, great location and pool was fun for my kids.

Run down. No elevator hard to rest. No slippres

It was clean, modern and updated. I hardly used the facilities, but I did sleep there two nights. The walls are very thin.

We had to cut our trip to Phoenix short due to WINTER STORM MAYA (had to get back home before the storm hit). We checked out of the after a one night stay, leaving two nights early, explaining the situation. When we contacted Orbitz the next morning (after safely getting home) about a refund for the two nights we did not stay, we were told that the Hotel Adeline refused to give a refund for those nights. We again explained the situation about the Winter Storm, for which even American Airlines waived our ticket change fees, but apparently according to Hotel Adeline said no refund. Orbitz also stated that Hotel Adeline told them that I was "advised to contact Orbitz before leaving the hotel" which is simply false - when I was checking out of the hotel, the woman at the front desk did NOT advise me to contact Orbitz before leaving. If she had told me to contact Orbitz right then, I would have done so. I am very disappointed in this hotel, in light of the circumstances that we had to leave due to a National Weather Service Winter Storm Warning for Winter Storm Maya, they could have refunded us for our unused nights, or at the VERY least refunded us for the night that we cancelled in advance of 24 hours for (checked out Friday, was supposed to stay Friday and Saturday nights - they could have at least refunded Saturday night). We go to Phoenix about every other month but I will NEVER stay here again simply for the poor customer service during this incident.

This hotel is actually a motel. Nicely updated, however, the rooms were very small. My biggest issue were the gaps at the bottom of the door to the outside where critters could easily enter the room. Second complaint was there was no service offered to bring my bags to my room. I stayed on the second level with a 60lb bag so this was not fun to haul up stairs. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very fun.

Hotel Adeline is just north of the Embassy Suites, formerly Chaparral Suites. It's in the location of what was once an eye sore motel. They did a fantastic job with Adeline. The pool area is fantastic. At a time of year when you could spend time in and around a pool, this would be an ideal place to stay for adults. It really isn't a kid-pool type place. It's an adults hanging around the pool lazing away with margaritas in their hands that never go unfilled. Rooms are very comfortable and updated. Having a 50" TV is a nice touch. Location is excellent, just north of Chaparral Rd. and Fashion Square Mall.

The hotel is beautiful, but if you want quiet this isn’t for you as it’s an old open style hotel similar to a motel setup. The concrete floors reverberate noise loudly into rooms when heavy walkers pass or use the stairs. Because of the rough texture for traction it causes a loud echoing noise when people roll their suitcases. If that doesn’t bother you I would say the room and pool setup is quite nice. Clean and nicely decorated with comfy bed. Big plus is the pool is heated.

Reasonable central location. Parking gates problematic

Great pool, restaurant, bar and staff. Lovely spot

this is an old motel that has been remodeled very well but walls are paper thin so thin that the guest next to my room woke me up in the middle of the night even though they were not being loud - i could hear his cell phone Also the rooms have weird smells - like sewer fumes - i thought it was just my room but i requested to change rooms which they did not problem but the net room smelled the same way

We liked this spot - Great design, great location, great value

The hotel was very nice. The atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable during the weekdays. When the weekend came, it was another story. The pool and outdoor games were restricted for adults 21 and over. If you are staying at Hotel Adeline with children, know that they will not be allowed to use the pool during the afternoon on the weekends. This information was not shared before booking and it negatively impacted our stay.
