Nice property, a little further away from old town and Fashion square than we would have liked, but overall a good and quiet place to stay.

This place is incredibly family friendly and in an amazing location at a great price. You don't even have to leave the property if you don't want to, there's so much to do. We always stay here when we visit family in the Phoenix area.

Hated my experience they didn’t clean the room any day while I was there and it smelled awful and didn’t replace towels either I would never stay there again

The young lady in the lobby was short on her conversation, almost annoyed that you would talk to her. Our room was without TV for parts of 3 days. The breakfast is kinda a joke, with no one there to greet you. Coffee was late coming out, no hot breakfast.

Good value. Spacious room(s). For some reason was not allowed to access room until almost 4:00 even though it was ready (policy?). 10:00 AM checkout also seem early compared to other places. Breakfast is nothing special... continental. Tub had a draining issue.

Very clean, very friendly staff. I can not think of one thing bad to say about this place. Stay here you will be happy you did.

hotel was very good as usual. they only issue was the 2 extra incorrect bookings that were charged to me and my friend's credit card, and the countless phone calls and the week it took to have them removed.

We stayed for two nights in the middle of the summer. The hotel staff was ever helpful. For some reason we rented the two bedroom villa for two people. It was huge, comfortable and very well equipped perfect for a family stay as well. Even the location was good for us.

The room was perfect for our small family - just off the miniature golf course, with a mountain view upstairs balcony. The wireless was not ideal but then that forced our son to get out to the nearby attractions!

Wonderful gem in Scottsdale!! We have stayed here several times while visiting our son at ASU! Wonderful staff and close to shopping.

Great pool and awesome service. About 15 minute drive to ASU!

We stayed in a 3bdrm villa , it was beautiful! To tell you the truth the deal we got made me a little skepitical at what we might get because it was such a great deal! The place was beautiful it was way better then any place we have stayed . Pool for the grand kids was awesome and they were actually building a small miniature golf area for families almost didn't have to leave the resort except to shop! Pretty central to everything around ! We liked it so much we are thinking of going back in December! Excellent place for families!

I've stayed at many resorts around the world and in the Phoenix area, this was by far the worst. Problems arose at check - in when they tried to tell me I had only booked one night, had to show them my reservation to prove I booked two. I had arrived at 1445 but check in was not until 1600. This is fine, they told us we could use the pool and lock our things in the lockers in the spa. Great, except the locking mechanisms were broke on all the lockers. The pool is small for resort status, and they only have one. The food served at the pool is ok, but they only had one person working the bar and serving food. Had to wait an extremely long time to get a drink. Often times this one server would be too consumed with a conversation to take an order as well. After waiting an extremely long time to order my beer, the kids wanted to return to room. So I tried to take the beer through the lobby. I was stopped by the staff who acted like I had just heisted the Mona Lisa. Apparently alcohol cannot be taken to a guests room. The only sign we could find where this was posted was on a side exit for the pool, which we had no attempted to use. Ended up just leaving the full beer. The rooms were big, but the resort offers nothing else. The property is outdated and needs some major renovations.

Beautiful place! Our children bought us the week at the Resort. What a dream vacation/spring training week!

We really loved this resort! The villa was very spacious and clean and the resort grounds were well taken care of and beautiful. We really did not want to leave and would go back in a heart beat. Inside the resort feels very secluded, but it is actually right in the heart of Scottsdale, just minutes from anything you would need.

The duplex suite with upstairs balcony, downstairs living room, bedroom and a kitchen was twice as big as my NY City apartment. Service was friendly and efficient. Waffle iron in breakfast room was appreciated as was the pool side beverages and bars. Wide selection of resident cacti was fascinating. Only negative was the early checkout time at 10AM

It was a great place to stay. My sisters and I will return there!

Thought I was booking the Marriott Camelback Inn.Very disappointing. The facilities and service were poor. Not even a soda vending machine. Upon check out--they refused to give me a receipt. Told to get it from [...]! Was also asked to help out and take any trash to the trash bin upon leaving! Really??? unbelievable.Would never go back.

Our stay was very nice. We found everything to be within a ten to twenty minute drive of the facility. We visited the zoo, botanical gardens, shopping in Scottsdale and even took in a spring training baseball game. Everyone at the resort was friendly and welcoming.

Pool and Spa were very well maintained. Never used the restaurant as we chose to fill the fridge and use the free bar-b-q most nights. Location is terrific within the Scottsdale area. Close to golf, shopping mall, and downtown Old Scottsdale

Dear KC, Thank you for providing feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We are a little over one mile from Old Town Scottsdale and with weather permitting it is an easy and safe walk to Fashion Square. If you do not have a car you can easily use a ride-share program for around $5. Additionally there is a free shuttle for Old Town and there are also golf carts that for a small fee will bring guests back and forth from a hotel to Old Town. The city also has plenty of parking around the shopping district. We do hope to welcome you back again. Sincerely, Erin Press Director of Marketing

Dear Dewey, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent stay at our Resort. I apologize for the lack of warmth and guest service at the Front Desk; clearly this is not our usual level of service. We have been diligently working with our outside vendor to repair any issues with the televisions. Our Roadrunner Continental breakfast is an upscale continental that includes yogurt, hard boiled eggs, assorted toast, muffins, bagels, fresh fruit, make your own Belgian waffle, fresh hot oatmeal, orange juice and coffee. Because all of our villas are equipped with a kitchen where you can shop, store and prepare any meal of your choosing at any time we choose to offer a limited breakfast. Additionally The Resort is a mile from Old Town Scottsdale and a short drive from the Camelback corridor both of which are full of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night options. We do hope to welcome you back again. Sincerely, Erin Press Director of Marketing

Dear Anonymous, Thank you sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. Our standard check-in time is 4pm, however, if we can get our owners and guests in the villa earlier, we do try. Due to the size of our villas versus a standard hotel room it does take us longer to get them cleaned, turned and inspected for our new arrivals. We can offer a later check-out by request, but, it is based on availability. Thank you for bringing the tub drain issue to our attention and we will address it immediately. We do look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Sincerely, Erin Press Director of Marketing
