A duplex townhome located in the North Scottsdale gated community of Stonedge. The home is on the "2nd Tee Box of Troon North Golf Club's Pinnacle Golf Course". This home has two master bedrooms each with their own patio, king bed, tv, walk in closet and separate bathroom. The backyard patio includes gas barbeque, gas fire pit and a two person spa. Gorgeous views from the kitchen, great room, one master bedroom and all three patios.

Stonedge is a small gated community of only 75 units with a heated pool and hot tub. The community is a 5 minute walk to the Troon North Golf Club/Pinnacle Grill and close to the Pinnacle Peak Hiking Trail, Troon Country Club, Four Seasons Hotel and shopping/dining in North Scottsdale.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 3 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Stretch out in the jetted tub. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
