Was the 4th time I’ve been there. Wanted to bring daughter here for her trip to visit ASU. Love the style of the layout and even by the pool it is such a tranquil(quiet) experience. Other than a mix up on a room by the pool request, it was a great experience! Staff always pleasant and the warm chocolate chip cookie at check in is always a good way to kick off your stay in the Valley of the Sun. Highly recommended. Just make sure to request a second level overlooking pool or with Mountain View as these are definitely the best or you might get stuck into a room tucked back into views of nothing that cost the same. After you book your reservation(if through a second party company, call the hotel to verify this. It’ll add a world of difference to your stay! 🙂

Everyone was very friendly and went out of their ways to be helpful. The room was great. Would have been nice if the Starbucks cafe was open in the morning (maybe it wasn’t open if it’s off peak season?)—and we didn’t get a chance to use any of the amenities so the resort fee was paid for nothing.

Lovely cactus garden and landscaping. Awkward layout of amenities to rooms. Long distance to pull your suitcase from the lobby with only 1 elevator option to the 2nd floor.

I think the resort fee is a bit over the top. It’s $25 a day. Why not include in the room price instead of surprising your guest when they check in.

Convenient location Beautiful property Grab and go market Huge room

Beautiful swimming pools, large size room and beautiful and well maintained lawn. Kids loved the putting green with complimentary clubs and balls

Our room was at least two blocks from the lobby. Exit from our room was to the outside, so if the weather was bad, there was no interior hallway to the lobby. The grounds were beautiful, breakfast was very good, and the staff was excellent.

Rooms need to be completely update as they very outdated.

Beautiful grounds and heated pools. I especially liked the hot tub. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for the money.

Lovely resort right in Paradise Valley. Close to everything you will need!

My daughter and I had so much fun here at doubletree.

My “go to” resort in Scottsdale. Wonderful grounds, great beds and always quiet in my experience. Would always recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Highly recommend staying at the Double Tree Resort.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are ever so slightly dated, but I heard the guy at the desk mention that they are renovating them all, so that will be nice. Overall a wonderful property and GREAT value.

Lobby is nice but the rooms need updating. Tub didn’t drain and phone didn’t work. The staff was very professional and helpful but they need to ensure their rooms are functional and that they begin to match the appeal of the lobby.

From the moment you check in until you leave, the staff just can't do enough for you! They are so helpful and so nice to their guests. This is why I return every year. No need to look for another hotel...
