A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically. However, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the cost of an exchange tank is about $14. Firewood for the firepit falls under the same guidelines.

Good property for a multigenerational Christmas week celebration. Backyard was not particularly well kept, and note that hot tub is not an available amenity.

Host - no information was in the property regarding Wi-fi information. I had to contact host for this information after we arrived. No check out instructions were provided. I was told when I inquired about instructions they would be sent out the night before. Nothing was sent and when I messaged the host there was no response. Amenities- kitchen amenities were minimal. There was opened ranch dressing and mayonnaise in the pantry. That’s gross. Two empty propane tanks were by the grill. I was told by the host I had to purchase my own. I did that and then some man showed up after 9pm with propane. Outdoor space was messy. Toys were all over the yard. Kitchen oven smoked when cooking. Did not feel safe using it. Ceiling lights in one of the bedrooms did not work. Overall was very disappointed with this property. Information was not easily communicated. Pictures of property were VERY deceiving.
