Terrible room. Lighting was inadequate, no lights beside the stand by the beds they were mounted on the wrong sde of the beds so you had to get up to turn the lights off. No plastic cups to rinse your mouth after brushing, they dont provide them. No ice bucket in the room, no closet, no little dresser, no pen or paper, just the bare minimum. For the price they charge they definitely need to step it up quit a bit. Room was clean & beds were ok.

Talking stick nightmare. Never again

First time I’ve ever called for loud noise from room above but super heavy walking all through the night and early morning. Called 3 times and nothing done. They said they added some points to my rewards but unacceptable. This was a two night stay so the next afternoon had to call and ask for towels and room cleaned. Never came by. Horrible
