Really cute property, good food at the restaurant and friendly staff. They have Tesla Destination Chargers, which is a huge plus and the reason we chose this hotel in the first place - just wish the had a couple more. We did find a dirty sock under one of the beds that definitely did not belong to us and not sure how long it had been there :I

Great vibe and ambience at the resort. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

It was nothing special, the pictures on the website make it look a lot more luxurious than it actually is. The sandy beach wasn't sand at all, $35 spa fee to use a towel by the pool and available shuttle for a 3 mile radius was ridiculous! The parking is awful! no elevator! To get to the doorway closes to our room we had to walk down a dark alley thing next to the garbage and laundry drop off.

Hotel was beautiful. Enjoyed the pool. The location is fantastic. We will be back

This hotel is extremely dated! The pool wasn’t clean and the walkways around the pool had branches and bird poop that looks as if it never gets cleaned. No elevator, but there is a second floor. Not too many stairs. Our key had to be inserted into the door multiple times before it opened to the main hallways with the rooms. The showers didn’t drain so as you were showing it backed up water into the tub causing you to be standing in dirty water while trying to shower. I had to turn the shower on and off in order to allow the water time to drain. There were three & a half good parts about the hotel: 1. The lobby is gorgeous. (BEST PART) 2. The restaurant food was very good. 3. They have a car that takes you anywhere you want to go (within a 3 mile radius). Pictures are deceiving, we did not see in person what we saw online. 1/2. Majority of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend! The pool was nice and the shuttle was very convenient. Overall the only negative was their Bloody Mary.

The staff are lovely especially the front desk and courtesy van that drives you within three miles of the resort. The room need updating and new beds. Could there be a light over or at least nearer to the huge mirror we had in our room. The only area to use to apply make up is in the bathroom sink area. I also would like to see the Resort Fee just put on upfront instead of at the end of the stay. It was a bit of a shock to see it on the bill. Yes I know it is posted but it is also forgetter . The grounds are beautiful.

Love the historic elements - the pool area is a 10 out of 10.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Scott. The shuttle was fantastic- it was like having our own Uber! It was very convenient and so nice to have. The staff, especially the bellmen, were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities were great- lots of outdoor places to sit and a nice pool area. Really loved the fire pits. The bars were well-placed but the pool bar could have used another staff person given the wait times. Finally, the room itself was ok but nothing great. Loved the plush bathrobes! The only things we would have recommended were: 1) ventilator in the bathroom; and 2) coffee self-service in the lobby.

We really enjoyed the property and the location on our trip in early March. We stayed in a pool view room, parking was close to our room and free. We could take bikes downtown easily and the shuttle would drop us off and pick us up at dinner - so convenient. Also, close to the main roads, highways, and hiking. The lobby is adorable and we liked to sit by the fire pits at night with a cocktail. Rooms were fine, beds were acceptable - not uncomfortable but nothing to get excited about. Nothing plush about the room, but not too basic either. If you want an opulent resort, stay elsewhere, but if you want a great location and a cool atmosphere and decor with great service, this is your place! I will stay again.

My favorite resort. Beautiful property, excellent service.

Our third time staying at The Scott (once when it was FireSky Resort). We love the accommodations and staff. It’s only drawback is it’s restaurant. Service was slow, menu is too southwestern, and food was just ok, although The Cubano, Chicken Torta, and The Scott Burger were very good. We would definitely stay there again!

Phoenix Open- obviuosly very busy. Hotel is very nice but does need some TLC. Lagoon view room was completely false. The grounds are beautiful

It was a short birthday trip and it was well worth it. Due to the cold weather where I was from, this resort and spa made my entire birthday a wonderful stay. We are planning on going back next year and make this our tradition birthday hotel. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful gardens and pool area. Food and drinks way overpriced. Shuttle is pretty limited. WiFi is not free. Maids are very good. Dog Friendly and when owners leave we had non stop barking. Front desk did nothing.

The rooms were out dated but the pools and staff were very nice. Went for a girls get away and loved seeing Scottsdale. The one thing I recommend is the bar staying open later in the lobby and carrying the same beers as the pool bar.

The hotel is newly renovated and looks great. There are tons of nooks to hang in both in the shade and the sun. If you are okay with noise, go to then any room will be fine. Otherwise, ask for the 500 building. It's a little further off of the pool and therefore was wonderfully quiet while still being close to the action (spa in building, fitness center across the way, pools super close). The staff was AMAZING and extremely helpful (and fast!). There's a shuttle that'll go within 3 miles which basically gets you anywhere in town. Highly recommend this spot!

The grounds are absolutely beautiful!! The staff was very attentive and our room was beautiful! The room service breakfast was incredibly fresh and delicious!

everything was perfect.. the staff was beyond polite, the rooms were well appointed... my son is a freshmen at Tempe and i will stay here each and every time I visit him
