Love that it's away from the hustle and bustle, and only about 20 min from airport. Beautiful property, very relaxing! Love the walking trail, really peaceful.

Very beautiful hotel! Enjoyed the breakfast nook everyday.

The service was outstanding! My room was upgraded as a special gift for my birthday along with a dessert that had my name inscribed on the plate in chocolate! There was such an ease in accessing the amenities of the resort with the complimentary shuttle service that was provided. Overall, this what exactly what I was looking for on my first vacation to Phoenix!

Was not to impressed with the food options had to travel a lot to heterogeneous to food that we wanted but that aside the stay was wonderful great place we really enjoyed our stay of 4 days 3 nights I will definitely keep it in mind if I travel back to Chandler

We traveled from Tucson for a staycation in Phoenix. Hotel is so peaceful. Beautiful views and very comfortable, clean rooms. Staff was so friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed the pool and slide there as well. Close to the Premium Outlets in Chandler.

Great weekend get away. Would definitely visit again. Great spa services.

We spend a weekend at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass to celebrate Father's Day. The pool was not too crowded, they had activities for the kids, and the service was great. We enjoyed our stay.

WE HAVE STAYED A FEW TIMES MOST RECENT WAS MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND. KIDS LOVE THE POOL AND ACTIVITIES. DRAW BACK NO REFRIGERATOR IN THE ROOM AND NO CASUAL DINING FOR THE FAMILY. ALL AROUND A NICE GET AWAY.

We have stayed a few times now. Its fun for the kids at the pool and relaxing for the adults. Rooms would be better if they had refrigerator.

Our reservations had to be slightly adjusted when another guest wouldn't vacate the room we were supposed to check in to... The front desk was very accommodating and compensated us in a few different ways. I would give this hotel 5 stars if their coffee cafe didn't close from 11:30am to 4:30pm, also if they had just one more place to eat at. Between the pool food and in room dining my whole family got bored. With it being Easter weekend also, I thought their brunch was over priced tremendously. $75.00 a person and $35.00 for kids is a far stretch when you come with a family of 20! Overall, we will be back but not for any holidays.

We stayed 3 nights and loved the beds. I wish I could say that about more hotels! The setting is very quiet so good place to feel like you are getting away from it all. The service was great. I like to run and enjoyed their 2.5 mile nature walk through the desert versus being inside a gym or running a cement. I would go back again....maybe not during spring break because it was very busy.

Beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing. Friendly, caring staff. Be careful at the bar at the pool. Don't tip, they add an automatic 15% gratuity, regardless of quality of service. Bring a small Styrofoam cooler, no refrigerator. Tried to put things in the small bar/refrigerator in the room. It was warm, yet stocked with wine, beer and candy bars. When i called to let them know that it was warm. They told me " that's normal, it doesn't refrigerate:. Why would you stock WARM beer/wine in a room?

It was the amazing. The view was to die for. I will stay here the next time I'm on the main land.

My room was on the top floor, which I would recommend because the view was impeccable. The rooms have a small balcony from which you can take in the sights of the distant mountains, the golf course, and the horse ranch. My stay was for a week for a work-related conference, so I got an extensive look at the conference facilities, located at one end of the resort grounds. It is an absolutely perfect place for a conference, especially for those of us from the frozen North during the month of February. The location is far from the beaten path, set a mile or two from the highway, so if rest and relaxation is your purpose, this resort is hard to beat. Regardless of the distance from anything, it is still not difficult to make your way to the surrounding cities of Phoenix, Chandler, Scottsdale, and Mesa (but have a car, the taxis can be expensive due to distance). Overall, the resort was near perfect.

The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa is a very beautiful resort in a beautiful area--a diamond in the desert! We just loved it! My husband & I went in April so the weather was very nice & the desert was blooming! We stayed a week. The staff is very eager to please and are very friendly. Concierge was very helpful and a delight to talk with. We enjoyed the poolside restaurant, great food & delicious Mojitos. The Sheraton Equestrian Ctr is a few minutes away--and we thoroughly enjoyed our horseback ride into the desert. We took the 1 1/2 hr ride which took us out to see the wild horses--nice experience! About 15 minutes drive and you're at the new Chandler Fashion Center which is a beautiful indoor/outdoor mall with all the restaurants. The Resort is just gorgeous and we were treated really well....we will be back for sure!!!

Late arrival due to weather. Room very distant from elevators, but close to car if you want to climb 4 floors. Went to bar for a drink (9 PM). Could not get service. decided to have a drink in the room. Ice Machine broken. It only worked once during the stay. Room appeared nice at first glance, but quilt next to sheets had blood spots. We took the "Green" package. No glass drinking glasses, or china mugs No hotel directory, no pens or note pad, difficult to find TV directory, only 2 restaurants, one VERY high end. Golf was great as was the view from the room. The spa was nice for working out. Pool area at spa very congested, could not get a lounger in the afternoon. We love walking, but the distances required in the hotel would be very difficult for someone who has difficulty ambulating. Hotel is a large convention hotel, therefore we felt lost in the crowds.

What's good. The location, golf on site, breakfast, lobby bar, open space surroundings. What needs to be stepped up. Dinner selections, lobby bar menu is not as good as in the past, larger ice buckets in room, soap/shampoo at least every 3 days. We wanted to dine here at least one night, but were underwhelmed by the choices. The breakfast buffet on the other hand was superb.

Great facility, but in the middle of nowhere. I didn't rent a car, which was a big mistake. You can use the pools for free, but the fitness center was $20/day and internet access was $12.95/day. I was disappointed in both. The resort is very expensive, so plan for that. Horseback riding was great, not the usual trudge down a worn path. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. If you like to golf and go to the casino, this would be a great spot for that.

Overall a very beutiful resort and friendly staff. Only complaints were that there is a charge for the gym and the Sunday brunch was only fair. Everyone needs to exercise and it needs to encouraged! The food on the brunch line was cold but there was a good variety.

Great food! Try the grilled pancakes and huevos rancheros
