Broken front doors and smelly rooms!
When we first arrived, the door to get into the building we were in didn’t work. The code was correct but another guest inside had to come out and open the main door and said the door doesn’t work at all. Got into our room and right away it smelled like smoke even though the policy says no smoking at all. I’m very sensitive to smoke so I requested to be moved. While waiting for a response saw a few bugs crawling across the floor and on the bathroom sink. We get moved to a different building and the main door entrance to that building doesn’t work either! The handle is broken so after a good pull the door opened. Walk into the new room and it smells worse than the first because it now smells like animal urine! I text the number the property provided for communication and tell them I want to just cancel and be refunded, but apparently the manager isn’t available to approve the refund. I had to contact Hotels.com who thankfully was super helpful and worked on my behalf to get me a refund.

Horrible, we came into town late and arrived a little after midnight. Check in was easy, just texted a door code. Live cockroaches scattered when we opened the door. We tried to unfold the hide-a-bed for our kids to sleep on, it was broke and would only open half way. Then we saw half a dozen dead cockroaches under the bed. The couch and bed linens (in bedroom) were stained. The bathroom sink drain was broke, tub was stained, towel bar was broke. None of the light switches worked. We refused to stay. I called the property number and demanded a full refund who instead said i had to take it up with Expedia but they still put a hold on my card that i have not yet seen released. Stay away.

Didnt like We had roachs in n out of our room comming from under the door or thur the cracks of the island...had some individuals who stayed here who did drugs a lady was outside looking for a rock she said bc she dropped it and asked if i seen it i was like wth?! Told me to exstend the room at the end of the reservation n wen that day came told us they couldnt help us n put us out wit only 2 hrs to get all our things then after trasporting our items thereated to call the cops on my husband for waiting outside with our things bc i had to make 3 trips to get everything n find anything with a room availble did like it was quiet, gym, pool, families, in a area that had shopping centers not far n not far from freeway.

They neglected to send the check in information and there is no desk to go to. So we were stranded until we figured out who to call. Once we called, sat on the phone for twenty minutes, we got our room number and code. We went to our room, to use our code and walk into a room that was already occupied. Had to call again, they said management switched our room. Not sure how as we had just been given our room 1 minute prior. Got settled in our room. But it’s not as pictured. Quite run down and damaged. Disappointing stay all around. Did not feel safe as who knew who would barge into our room with the wrong room number

Upon arrival the room code they gave us did not open the door, we had 4 different alerts that our room kept changing. We had a button floor The hallway was dirty, small trash sitting around. Place looked run down. Finally got a code and enter our room. It was not bad, but it was not worth my $138 I paid. No extra pillows or blankets. Bathroom had only enough towels for 2 people. A few minutes into arriving we were killing cockroaches. I had already paid and sucked it up for the night, but will not be returning.
