Cambria is a great looking place from the outside but the rooms are not cleaned to match. Our 1st stay, we had food, nail clippings and dirt between a chair and table. Coffee maker had flaky white stuff which were floating in my coffee. Shower doors didnt close so we had to use it with the door open. We have pictures. We told the manager and ask to do better because it was such a nice place to stay. 2nd stay, same thing. Dirty with food on a counter and the rolling chair. Again, informed the front desk which turned out rude this time around. We are now staying at the Hilton across the street.

Room was freezing, we couldn’t adjust thermostat. Called front desk and they said they’d come in 16 minutes. After 10 minutes another person called and asked what was the problem and that they’d come in 10 minutes. After another 20 minute wait we called again and they said they’d be right up . When the person came (first person we spoke with) said she was sorry but was on break! She brought a screw driver that she didn’t know how to operate, no fix to thermostat. After one hour from our first call we were moved to another room . Terrible terrible service .

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly, especially the bartender that worked the weekend, even tho the bar was closed for a Christmas party, he still waited on us with a smile. He was very courteous! Highly recommend this place!
