We really thought it would be a better breakfast (bread, bagels, eggs, better coffee, juice, kid-friendly, etc.). But it was just oranges, yogurt, oatmeal, and very watery coffee, no creamer, etc. If you are going to promote "free breakfast," it should be "free snacks for breakfast."

The staff was racist and disrespectful towards me and my service dog. By federal law the can only ask If my dog is a service dog and what type of service does he provide. He insisted he needed to know my handicap! Then asked if someone else was going to be in the room. I asked why did he need to know, he replied company policies, which was a lie. Because I stayed in a different local just two day prior. The he kept following me and my wife when we would come out of the room. His name was Bob!

The front desk staff and General Manager Ron were excellent. However, I experienced multiple incidents where housekeeping entered my room without prior notice while my underage children were present. I was previously informed that there would be weekly cleaning, and staff would enter only during those times. Unfortunately, they did not knock or introduce themselves before entering, which was concerning. I would appreciate improved communication and respect for guest privacy in the future to ensure a more comfortable stay.
