We stayed in the South Pointe rooms, we were originally booked for the North Pointe Suites, but the AC unit broke in the building. The South Pointe rooms definitely need to be updated. The sign outside the door with our room number was a piece of paper taped to the plaque. The bathroom door handle fell into my hand when I went to open the door, the towel hook behind the door was loose and if you hung anything on it, it would turn on it’s side and drop your towel on the floor, the bath tub had rusted spots and took FOREVER for the water to get even lukewarm. The furniture was worn and very tattered… the room was comparable to a Motel, which was very far from the vibe I was expecting.

We had a blast hanging out as a family at the water park: sliding, floating, swimming... and they even have miniature golf and lawn games for a fun alternative. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We had an enjoyable dinner at the Hole in the Wall, and the staff there truly seemed to enjoy their jobs... always a plus! They even offer live music on the patio (though it got rained out when we were there). We stayed in the North Pointe, and it seemed like it could use a little routine maintenance: our fountain was off, the entry planter empty, one of the pool/spa areas closed off, and we couldn't seem to find an ice maker with ice. All things considered, we would definitely return!

Family trip, the kids enjoyed the water park. No on-site restaurant was a bummer.

Rooms need renovation, felt like I was staying a holiday inn, not the Hilton. Room was not clean, hair in the shower on the bathroom floor, sink was cracked. Queen sofa bed was the almost worst. We had to take the sofa cushions and put them under the seats to make it sleep-able. Spider on the desk, not an issue for me, scared the kids. No microwave. Room configuration is odd with the bathroom in the middle. On the first level and outside patio was about 3ft in depth. Carpet is dirty with stains Pool water at the river ranch was green and murky, lazy river was closed our first day due to water conditions, seems like this is a continuing issue here. My kids found 2 snakes in the lazy river. River closed at 6 which seems early for the summer, hotel pools open to 10, but bar at the hotel pool closes at 4, hotel pools were cleaner but not clear, not green like the river, just cloudy. Couldn't see the bottoms with goggles on. Only plus was the staff, all very friendly and helpful. Security gave us a ride to the lobby when we checked in, Bellman was very friendly and helpful, think she was the assistant manager, very nice and helpful at the front desk. Overall the quality of the hotel was not worth the $500 for my 2 night stay

Check in so late

We loved all the pools, and dining options on the resort.

We’ve stayed here 2 years in a row now. It’s 20 min from the airport. Easy check in and room access. We love the pools by the rooms and also the water park. We did both most days, breakfasts on the patio/courtyard. Loved walking to sumida park and aunt chiladas for the best chips and salsa EVER. Nearby ice cream, donuts, hiking, parks, restaurants. I feel like this resort isn’t as fancy as others but still lovely and fun with kids. There WILL be kids, so don’t choose here if you don’t like kids :). That being said, we found the water park to be very calm in May and only slightly busy on Saturday. Hope this helped some of you make a decision!

Kids loved the pool and slide. They thought the lazy river was boring. Perhaps if there was a slight forward current to move people forward a little faster, they would have enjoyed it more.

The kids loved the River Ranch and we ended up spending the entire day there

The staff were super helpful in making our stay wonderful. The only drawback is the water park was closed on one of the two full days we were there, and since the water park was our plan for the vacation and why we chose this hotel, this threw a wrench into our plans.

Awesome pool areas! The grounds are beautiful and the exterior seems to be well kept.

I like the convenience of the water park. I think this place is overpriced. Rooms and facilities are outdated. We had plumbing issues and our door wouldn’t lock. Furniture in rooms are very old. Rooms have a small refrigerator, no microwave.

Grounds are very attractive. Furniture tatty and old. Pools freezing. So Much was closed. Ice cream shop, main restaurant, swim up bars, hot tubs…… so much

Love this property and the water park.
