Great location. Nicely appointed rooms. Walkable to two moderately price restaurants. Lots of shopping and movie theaters within one mile of the hotel. Good value. Will stay there again.
As an avid traveler, it was my first time staying in a Sonesta property. I was attracted by the price even though the cardinal rule is you get what you pay for. Check in didn't go smoothly. The first room assignee had a heavy smoke smell so I requested a room change and was given both the wrong key and wrong room. Made another trip to the front desk and was given the right key. The second room was clean and modern, although it appeared different from the site pics. Housekeeping never serviced the room during my stay and their was not any messaging posted stating policy. Inquiring at checkout I learned that housekeeping and fresh towels are only provided by request at check in - I was never informed. In short, the savings is not worth the lack of service.
Right off main freeway, nice and quiet. Plenty of free parking.
It was a decent hotel for a decent price we stayed 2 days and the last morning we were getting ready to check out we noticed there was little ants on the table crawling around my daughters toy. We don’t know if they came with her toy but it was a little odd considering we had food on the table and they were just surrounding her toy we had just purchased for her.
Very convenient location to get around Chandler area. Fairly quiet for location next to freeway, lots of restaurants and shopping close by that you can walk to.
Like that the pool was right outside my back door
I did not like how the room was so dirty! The room stunk like cigarettes and just an overall bad oder. I had to go buy Clorox wipes and a candle . I had to Sanitize everything down the best I could. I will not be staying at that hotel ever again
Wonderful place. You could smell how clean it was the second you opened the door. It was very nice. We had a big bed with a couch, desk, trunk, tv, coffee maker, all the great amenities. They even had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Highly recommend staying there
It was a great stay.
Quiet ,room air conditioner poor room keys didn't work second day no breakfast
Great place to relax by the pool. Walking distance to shopping and lots of options for dining.
Very clean, updated, quiet, nice balcony, fair price.
Everything was fine except the loud noises walking upstairs people.
Nice clean facility, friendly helpful staff. Close to many different dinning options.
