Great placeto stay. It going to get even with the new addition

I didn't like that the room didn't have an itinerary and couldn't find it on the tv.

We booked this hotel because they advertised a pool. I thought based on hotel website that they had a pool. When we arrived and checked in the hotel staff informed us that the pool was under construction. We looked out window to future pool area and saw that pool area was half finished. We left hotel the next morning

Room was clean, staff were very welcoming. Security was a welcome sight by the front dooe checking for masks worn.

What bothered me was im from out of town but always make sure to stop at your casino and play 4 or 5 hundred every time... I often get a bite to eat more times then not.. SO FOR LIVING OUT OF TOWN AND SPENDING THE AMOUNT I DO THERE I THINK THE APPRECIATION OF MY BUSINESS WAS NILL TO NONE... I LIKE YOUR casino and will continue to go there... Wont be spending the same but will continue to go there to play 20 bucks or so

I liked that there was so many restaurants and things to do here at Wild Horse Pass. I liked everything about it accept that it was a smoking casino. I wish it was non-smoking

Cafe and gift shop on site. Very friendly staff throughout the building.

Elevator key sensors make functioning, had to get keys made multiple times a day

Excelent Resort, friendly staff, clean rooms overall a great experience.

Casino was hreat. Lost alot of money......................

Awesome hotel very clean rooms the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly, more friendly than the people at the check in desk. Maybe they should switch jobs sometime. The casino was really nice pretty similiar to a small vegas style casino. The pool was okay, i think a waterfall and some music would make it much better. The one thing i think was really subpar was the gaming rewards card i played thousands of dollars over three days all on slots and never earned enough to play a penny of free play. The walking path to the mall was also a nice feature. Overall a great trip..

We liked the pool with the refreshments pool side, we liked the casino, we liked the restaurants, (the diner) had great food for a great price. We liked the coffee bar. We liked the rooms, beds, quietness.

Casino ,clean rooms , plenty activities, bars, lots of food, entertainment and so much more
