Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino

Hotel and restaurant staff were excellent; the casino staff were not very helpful and most didn't know the basic information to help me get started.

The staff overall was awesome, except for the waiters/waitress in the restaurants. I was pleased to see more machines in the non-smoking area, with much more variety. the room is very comfortable...however, i found it rather disappointing that there was no fridge, and the outlet for coffee maker is not close by the place it is situated. I will definitely book another stay should I return to the phoenix area. thabks

Close to everything in Phoenix, we hiked, did sightseeing, went to nice restaurants and on top of it we were able to gamble at Wild Horse Pass.

On checking in I discovered my request to have my 84 year old Dad near our room was not even considered. He was on the 5th for while we were on the 3rd. The note stating my request was not even posted in the computer like I was told it would be. There was a note, however that the reservation was made through Orbitz....Since were were traveling from EST to Arizona we were all very tired. The Manager finally was able to correct the situation and we were satisfied with our room selections. House keeping for the room slowly deteriated during our stay. And the mattress had a plastic cover for protection but also caused both my husband and I to wake up each night sweating so badly we had to change pillows. (We did have the room temperature set at 66.) The outside landscaping was very well done - except for the Misquite trees near the pool. Bad choice, except for providing job security for the pool staff. Lobby is beautiful and clean. The room was spacious. Will we stay here again? Not likely. Primarily due to the problems at check in.

My family enjoyed this hotel. I have 2 young kids, so we obviously didn't go for the Casino, but they had plenty of food options that we could still partake in. The pool was refreshing and had a restaurant, which I thought was reasonable for a resort. I would definitely stay there again.

Our house was being painted so we decided to try the Wild Horse Pass. It was affordable during the weekdays and it was worth every penny. Great pool for everyone to enjoy and it felt like a vacation even though we live a coupe miles away.

Stayed here for spring training. While the location is not ideal, it was the best deal we could get on short notice. So all in all, I was content with that. The rooms were nice and the casino was great. The Asian restaurant there was surprisingly good as well. I enjoyed the pool, which has a great happy hour! However... they played mostly the worst of the worst kind of pop music at all times. When asked to change it, they said they ran into so "IT issues" and by the next day the music still hadn't changed. Other than that. Nothing. It good things to say.

They cancelled my reservation and left me hanging without a room. I had a confirmation and it wasn't worth the paper it was printed on and they didn't care.

Very comfortable and classy place. Poolarea was nice. Need refridgerators in rooms. Restaurants were nice.

Nice time on Thanksgiving weekend in Arizona. The Hotel location great. All shopping around and Chandler city so beautiful.

Internet was terrible people beside we loud all night not helpful on a upgrade.

Everything was perfect from the valet to registration ..beds & room super comfy! Casino is perfectly set up . Everyone was so friendly!

A conveniently located hotel and resort with good food options and a very nice casino.

Smokers paradise. If you love cigarette smoke you will adore this casino. There were about 16 machines in the non-smoking area of this casino and that is it. You stand a good chance of developing a smokers cough without ever smoking a cigarette.

I have stayed at WHP hotel several times and am impressed every time I stay. Starting at the front desk…..you are greeted with great smiles and they are always eager to get you to your room just as quick as they can…….Bellmen was very quick to assist with my bags. Rooms are very clean and comfortable…..so much so that you almost don't want to leave the room. Housekeeping are all very friendly and go out of their way to fill your needs. I have also stayed at the resort side and must say that this hotel is every bit as comfortable……and more convenient to all the fun!

Hotel conveniently located to I10. Fairly new and rooms were excellent. Very comfortable. Very nice casino attached. Great food court.

Right next to an outlet mall, the casino and surrounding facilities all looked new. Abundant and free parking. Room was beautiful, clean, and had access to great amenities. Only complaints are that there was no refrigerator and the double beds were much too small for four adults.

Had a great stay. Staff was friendly and the room was great.

Easy access right off the freeway. The resort was beautiful so clean the staff is extremely attendant. All the restaurants are wonderful the food is delicious. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained everything looks brand-new ! I would definitely go back.

Spent 4th of July weekend here and enjoyed it. Don Shula's steakhouse dinner was very good. All of the hotel staff were perfectly courteous and helpful. It is a large casino and beautiful hotel with a nice pool. It was a great place to stay in-town over a holiday weekend.
