Mold in the AC unit, dresser drawer was broken, dingy, & very out dated. My husband called earlier in the day to check in early & the lady told him since his name wasn’t on the reservation she couldn’t give him any information. So I called & was told a strange man recently called with the same last name and it was suspicious. I was also told check starts at 4pm & not any sooner.
Rooms and grounds are very dirty. Furniture very old, stained and dirty. Besides city tax they also add a registration fee of $50. $15 per day for dog. Averaged out to about $200 a night!

Was supposed to be a non smoking room. It was horrible. Smell like smoke so bad. Main light switch didn’t work. Toilet seat was broken. Main outlet by mirror next to the shower didn’t work. It’s an old motel

Good location close to Chandler downtown; 10am check out time is too early! The bed sheet was old with holes on it! Some light bulbs were missing! They don’t do room cleaning every day! Very little shower staff like shampoo/soap!
Gross, not well kept: very upset that you recommended this facility. Our Uber driver asked us why we were staying at a hooker hotel it is that unwell kept.

there were no towels in my room and the hotel front desk lady had severely vague information relating to deposit with hidden details refraining a person from getting their deposit back. Impossible to establish any sort of management lesion by telephone!
There is no maid service. You are expected to dump your own trash. The beds are terrible. The pillows are flat. We asked for another pillow and were told they are short on pillows, but they would see if they could find one. They did, but it was VERY dirty. Not anything I would put my head on. There were not very many people in the motel. We asked for a refund for unused nights due to the condition and they said no. They require a deposit when you check in and they said if we left early they wouldn't give us our money back. Very rude at the front desk.
I originally made the reservation with Orbitz for one night and then changed it to three nights. When I went to check in at the hotel they only had a reservation for one night. The staff person advised us that it would be no problem. When we returned to the hotel the next day, they had moved my luggage and personal items out of the room because staff said we didn't have a reservation. According to the staff I was supposed to call Orbitz before 11am to get this straightened out. I called Orbitz, who called the hotel and advised them I did indeed reserve for three nights. I will say staff's tone completely changed after talking to the booking agent. As it turned out we only stayed for two nights. I paid online with Orbitz and then the hotel charged me $135.00.
