Read the negative reviews because they are the ones from actual guests. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Walls are thin as cardboard and families on welfare live here in multiple rooms, so you hear everything: dogs, children jumping on beds and hitting the walls, doors constantly slamming, TVs, arguments, parties, loud phone conversations, all day, all night. The halls constantly smell like marijuana, there is no maid service, and many people like us have mentioned in reviews how surprise charges appear when they already somehow charged more than the Expedia rate was supposed to be! We checked out a day early, then saw an additional charge on our credit card. Called and they said the charge was because we never checked out! They agreed to refund the charge plus our last day, but no refund ever occurred. Called again and they wrote down my number and said they would call me back. Never did. I will have to address this in person.

Very nice

We have been here a few times. Super clean and very nice people. Really quiet. Last time sounded like we had a bunch of kids next door to us but otherwise you wouldn’t know you have people next to you. Right next to the desert line and that is pretty. Parking is awesome and very safe neighborhood. Nice food options nearby. Happy to stay again.

There was a customer in the lobby mocking and intimidating others guests in a way frequently publicly associated with amphetamine abuse. That was unpleasant but the individual working at the front desk informed me that he was allowed to be there as he was a guest. After this I had to transfer rooms because the room I was let had not been stripped and cleaned. At no point during my stay was I able to successfully sign into the WiFi. It gave an unexpected error every time. The coffee was really pretty unpleasant, and there was no creamer provided. Not even powder creamer. The linens seemed clean and the staff was polite. For those things I am grateful.

Checked in and went to my room where I detected a very strong odor. I tried to just get over it but I couldn't fall asleep. Walked down to the front desk and had an employee follow me back to my room and he agreed, it smelled like sewage. He changed my room requiring me to have to repack my suitcase and go back down to the desk where he gave me a new key but didn't really know what t say. This property needs a few more seasoned customer service people because the two that I interfaced with were woefully inept when it comes to customer interaction. Not their fault, management is to blame here. It would also be a nice touch if they had a shirt with their nametag on it or something that resembles a uniform. Would have also been nice if they were trained to smile and truly engage with those who come to the desk.
