We booked a handicapped-accessible room here for my wife, who uses a transport chair. The room was large and very nicely appointed, but the room had only one pull-bar in the shower. However, pull-bars are needed most near the toilet. For our purposes, the room differed not at all from a regular room, and our stay here was difficult and disappointing.

Great people, great value for a great room

Great customer service, they are making updates in flooring and decor. Our room was very clean, simple and the walls are not paper thin. Only negative is that a newer style shower head would go along way
