My husband and I were there for a graduation and though the weather was hot.....the room was fantastic, the staff absolutely great. Quiet facility, convenient location to shopping. Definitely coming back
I spent a week in the Residence Inn, Chandler in May while on business. I chose the hotel mainly due to its location. Its about 30 minutes from the Airport, convenient to the freeway and directly across from the Fashion Center Mall. There is several bars and restaurants within walking distance with foot paths and pedestrian crossings all the way across. There is also a Walmart the next block over meaning that you'll never be short of whatever you need during your stay, The rooms while dates are in the middle of a long overdue make over. And I can honestly say that the renovation work in no way impacted my stay. The rooms are very spacious with a good sized kitchenette and a full size fridge freezer. Overall I'd say the rooms are large and comfortable so I'd look forward to see the renovated rooms when/if I'm back in town, I had breakfast there each morning and there was a decent choice, from eggs to waffles, fruit, pastries etc. Overall I was very happy with the hotel and the warm welcome I receive and would recommend it if you're in town on business.
We stayed for 2 nights and found the room was large and had all the amenities we needed. The full size fridge and mini kitchen is a plus. This hotel is clean, the staff is incredibly helpful and courteous, the room is spacious and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again while in Chandler.
This hotel/motel was excellent from the word go. Convenient location, plenty of parking, pleasant staff, VERY nice room, super clean, fine wi-fi and a super breakfast included. You can't beat it for the money!
Excellent service from staff. Expected quality from a Marriott. Walking distance from Chandler Fashion Center and less than 5 minute drive from other great shopping areas. Very good breakfast and afternoon snacks. Unfortunately too many workers in the mornings and using same elevators as guests, as its going through a needed remodeling process. Bathrooms in my 2 bedroom suite were OK but looked aged, also the mattresses had enough time in service as they're way too soft. I'm sure that after the remodel this will be the best option for families.
Top notch service, you will be treated like a VIP through-out your stay. The first thing you notice will be the staff here is friendly and up-beat, their goal truely is to see you enjoy your stay here. This property is freeway close and located near grocery shopping, many restaurants, movie theater, In-and-Out Burger :) and the Chandler Fashion Center Mall is across the street. They have a small outdoor pool and a sport-court with everything you may need. On-site you will find coin laundry as well as a small indoor room with work-out equipment. They serve an exceptional free breakfast and a number of days during the week, a nice evening reception too. Great place to stay, I booked a second stay with them after this 10 day stay!
Greeted with friendly smiles, the staff bends over backwards to make your stay comfortable. Clean, conveniently located with fabulous shopping nearby we had a wonderful time. Pots of flowers out front are beautiful. Great breakfast too! Thank you.
We took a group of ten people to a conference last week and stayed at this hotel. We made it very confusing because we had reservations in a couple names but then had to change the names at check-in to use the right credit cards. I felt bad for Cheryl who helped us, but she did an amazing job sorting everything out for us while still being happy and friendly. We were there about 11:00 AM so not all the rooms were ready but Cheryl helped us get into the rooms that were and kept us updated through the day as the rooms became available. The rooms were pretty typical of any Residence Inn, but the one I personally stayed in was slightly less clean than a usual Marriott resort. There were a couple hairs still in the shower and a few in the basin area. The tile/grout looked a little worn. The carpet in the bathroom had some stains. Overall none of these items really bug me; I'm in hotels all the time and I get it's impossible to be immaculate constantly. A couple of fixes and the room would have been perfect. The staff, including Cheryl mentioned above, were amazing. They welcomed us every time we walked in and said goodbye every time we walked out. The breakfast is pretty standard and the attendant was nice and helpful.
The decor is from the early 2000s, but the room was clean. Room 127 was quiet and faced a little grass area between the Residence Inn and the next door Springhill Suites. Victoria at the desk was wonderful; very friendly and smiling even though we checked in at midnight. The two bed/two bath suite was spacious and functional. Will definitely be back!
We stayed at this hotel for two nights while in the Phoenix area for a family wedding. Overall, it was a good stay. The location was convenient to the freeway (but not too close to hear the traffic), the wedding location and nearby family. There is a mall right there as well as several restaurant in case you need anything. Check-in was quick and painless and we even got a little welcome pack, which the kiddo thought was cool. Staff was very friendly throughout our entire stay. The room was clean and in decent shape. When we checked in the staff mentioned the room was one of the renovated ones. My guess is that the kitchen had been renovated, but not necessarily the rest. Nevertheless, it was adequate. The biggest downside of the room was the air conditioner / fan unit. In the bedroom, it sounded like a freight train when it clicked on. Wasn't so bad in the living room, but it was so loud in the bedroom. The highlight of the hotel was actually their breakfast. Probably the best I've had in a Residence Inn. Being a girl from the south, I was thrilled to see Andouille sausage the first morning and biscuits and gravy the second morning! Everything was tasty.
