Upon an 8:00 p.m. arrival, we were unable to enter the building without a key. No one was at the front desk to let us in. We waited a few minutes until the front desk person returned from the back room. Once we entered, we were greeted by a friendly front desk person. She checked us in and gave us our room key. We were placed on the 1st floor, right next to the front desk and ice machine. I asked to be moved to a different room but was told they were sold out without any other rooms available. We went to our room and were unable to open the door. The room keys did not work. Returned to to front desk, she re-keyed the keys and I tried again. Once again, the keys did not work. The front desk person seemed annoyed and I asked her to open the door for me. She came out and tried to open the door with the key and to no avail, was unable to access the room. She walked away with the keys and we stood in the hallway for 5 minutes before she returned. She came back with new keys, which worked. I felt the hotel room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The carpet looked as though it had not been vacuumed, the room had a funky smell, and the light outside the window was broken, so it flickered off and on all night long. On our 2nd day, the bathroom sink became clogged from who knows what, and the water remained in the sink and took about 30 minutes to drain. On the plus side, the hotel did offer a continental type breakfast. The food offered was individually wrapped.

They didn't clean our room, the shower kept leaking. Some staff are very friendly but others are so unfriendly.

Second time staying and it was terrific. Will be back again in October.

Awesome customer service and good location. Rooms were roomy and cozy. Having direct tv for cable provider was definitely a plus.

Great king bed room set up. Comfortable bed and pillows!! AC worked well but a bit noisy.

Even before arriving the staff was immensely helpful!!!! Easiest trip I've had ever! Everything was great.

Took me 3 times to check in before my room was ready. Was told they would call to let me know when it was but never received any call. Room was really nice and clean but internet reception was terrible. Had to go to lobby to get a connection. So I would not recommend staying here if your working and need to get any work done from room at night. Also pool was closed one night. Big bummer for kids.

Clean room, friendly staff, real breakfast was included - eggs potatoes with beef waffles fruit - and everything was fresh and delicious. Will DEFINITELY stay here again.
