The staff made us feel at home - from the front desk to the housekeeping crew. We especially enjoyed chatting with the breakfast staff (particularly from Monday to Friday).

The hotel was clean and acceptable. The staff was excellent and very friendly and attentive. Our rooms bathroom sink was draining very slow. We made the staff aware and they addressed it immediately to our satisfaction. The sink did not have hot water which was not fixed but was ok for us.

The staff was pleasant. The only complaint I have isn't even the hotels fault! We stayed here for our anniversary and both nights we stayed, we were awakened to the sound of the children in the room next to us laughing and squeaking and what sounded like jumping. Would have been no problem except it was between 530-630 both mornings. Other than that the hotel was great, rooms were perfect and the breakfast had plenty of options. Would stay again

Booked this hotel months in advance and after flying across the country and driving to this place, we opened the door to the room we booked and the room had never been cleaned -the bed wasn't made, there was trash strewn about. We went back to the front desk and had to wait easily 30 minutes before they decided to put us up at the Residence Inn next door, which wasn't nearly as aesthetically pleasing and had a peculiar smell to it. They offered their apologies, but we were never offered a discount of any form and I was charged the same price for the hotel next door as I was for Springhill Suites. The experience was terrible, to put it kindly.

We had a great trip but the hotel was awful. We almost checked out to go elsewhere but due to the short stay we choose to stay but I had to obtain cleaning supplies and clean the mold and public hairs out of the tub and toilet seat. Broken glass on the bathroom floor was a fun surprise and it took 4 calls to get coffee for the coffee maker.

The hotel was clean however things were old. Looks like it needs updating from the 60's. My first room was a handicap room. The shower sprayed right into the middle of the bathroom floor in which there was no drain. I then moved to another room in which it was setup nicer but still the furniture and decor was from another era but it was clean. The bed was very hard. The bathroom toilet was loose on the floor. My first rooms faucet was also very loose and felt like it was going to come off every time I turned it on or off. The breakfast was below average. The eggs were hard and there was not much variety. The shower curtain was so long you couldn't shower without standing on it as it draped into the middle of the tub. Not much attention to detail. My experience at a Marriott has typically been much nicer and therefore I was disappointed. However, if you are looking for a clean hotel with decent accommodations it should be fine. As I booked this being a flight plus hotel combo the price was good.

Came in for my sisters 50th Birthday. I was convenient to her house, food and shopping. Great location and experience!

I recently stayed at this hotel when I took my son to the area to play baseball. We were so impressed with our experience at the hotel. The breakfast was nice, the rooms were clean, the restaurants and shopping were close, and the staff was very and friendly. It is located in such a nice, safe feeling area. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly, helpful and everyone wore smiles. Room was clean, well supplied and quiet. Breakfast was delicious, only suggestion -- monitor it more closely especially when there are children eating with/without their parents. Parents should be serving the children rather than them being allowed to serve themselves -- no one supervising. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Great location, good staff, location worked for me

our tv and flush didnt work and they immediately switched our room to the one next door and compensdated us with vouchers for the snack bar downstairs. people here are extremely polite and the breakfast is quite elaborate complete with a waffle maker and a fridge full of yogurt. id recommend this place to anyone.

My girlfriend found are stay to be good. Breakfeast was very good. The front desk staff very courtious & friendly. Room was very clean and refreshing.

Perfect location, clean room and affordable price.

Clean, good service. Very little space for clothes. Orb said they would reserve a room with one king bed, instead the hotel only had rooms left with two queens. This is the second time this has happened to us with Orb (different hotel).

We were exhausted after driving 14 hours! The location was perfect (close to freeway and shopping), quiet area. Super friendly staff! Clean and comfortable. It was a great place to lay our heads! If we travel that direction again, will definitely make it a point to stop here!

Room was nicely furnished with contemporary colors. Not a huge suite but layout maximized space and my family of 5 was comfortable. Great location just across the street from shopping.

nice hotel- great location

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand how frustrating this would be and will use this as a training opportunity for our team. Both hotels are owned and managed by the same team so we sometimes have situations arise where we do shift guests, however it is not a standard practice. Please give us another opportunity to improve on this experience.

average stay, disappointing for a marriott

I recently stayed at this hotel when I took my son to the area to play baseball. We were so impressed with our experience at the hotel. The breakfast was nice, the rooms were clean, the restaurants and shopping were close, and the staff was very and friendly. It is located in such a nice, safe feeling area. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
