My stay at this property did not match what was represented in the listing. The surrounding area felt noticeably different from what was implied, and we did not feel comfortable upon arrival. Inside the home, several issues affected the stay: a missing window blind, flooring that felt unstable, a kitchen drawer that detached when opened, and a bathroom door with visible water damage. These were not minor cosmetic issues but signs of wear that impacted comfort and usability. While some items were addressed after my stay, they were present during my visit and should have been disclosed. Based on my experience, I would not book this property again.

Great location, Parking was great for 2 cars, lots of outdoor space. Just be aware the noise is loud from the bars every night. Dining table was great to work on and couch was comfy.

Great stay!

Loved this location! Perfect for walking to shops and restaurants in downtown Chandler even in the middle of summer (it is THAT close)! Could hear live music a couple nights coming from The Perch, but not enough to be disruptive or keep us awake. Luis was responsive and happy to help us. Would love to stay here again!

Great location for walking downtown Chandler. Lots of restaurants and shopping. House was great for my teen daughters with 2 living rooms and games to play. Highly recommended

Loved It!

Luis' place was great!!! :) Clean, quaint, and the yard area was just adorable. It is also super close to anything you could want in Chandler. WE LOVE "The Perch" across the street (GREAT FOOD). OK, so The Perch DOES have a live music night, so if you go to bed early, it might be difficult (unless you like music when you sleep). LOL. Overall, this was a wonderful home, and when we come back to Chandler, we will definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Hangout

We wanted a place close to downtown Chandler so we could utilize all the fun places located there. This place checked more than just that box and became a cool hangout for family and friends. I’m sure we will be staying there again!

Few nights in Chandler 2025

This house was the perfect fit for our family of 4. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Driving distance to Mesa where my parents stay in the winter. The teens loved the soul pod, foosball table and basketball game. The outside area was very nice. There is a lot of activity around late into the night since it's downtown, so good for night owls like us!

Birthday Weekend Stay
