Everything about this hotel is excellent except for one big thing. The bathroom in my room had multiple patches of mold on the ceiling above the shower.

Chose this hotel because it was next to the apartment of relatives. The hotel was roomy and clean, breakfast was nice. Did not like the lack of support in trying to line up an early ride to the airport - it was made clear I was on my own to find transportation, even when my ride did not show up. I was handed a list of cab companies, all of who were not picking up.
Best place we stayed on our two week trip. Very impressive suites and staff.
This was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They checked in with us constantly. The rooms were spacious and clean. We would stay there again!

I didn’t like that you couldn’t get enough towels for my family and we had to wait to get enough and when we received the towels it still wasn’t enough so we had to share
This place was perfect. The breakfast area was clean and refilled promptly by staff. I took Advantage of the the exercise room as well. Room Accommodations were perfect
Our room was very nice and comfortable with our own kitchenette and sitting area. The facility was clean and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The hot breakfasts were delicious and the guest dinners (socials) were a very nice touch!
We liked the location and the cleanliness. The staff were NOT helpful; could not even offer suggestions on how to get back on I-10.
Wonderful experience except for some vibration in the room. Happened several times for minutes at a time and was noticable. I think it was just my room being over some equipment or something.
We found that the Staybridge Suites has good size rooms for families, a decent breakfast and even a complimentary evening buffet a few days a week. Overall, there was a spacious and comfortable sitting area both inside and out, with a decent pool and complimentary laundry facility. The positives outweigh the negatives. Most of the staff was friendly and courteous and most went over the call of duty. Our negative experience came from the request of my wife for housekeeping service which led to some confusion. They offer a light clean and a deep clean, so when my wife asked for a clean, she intended a deeper clean, but the staff did not clarify that request (deep vs light). When my wife complained to the evening girl with the red hair, she said she would come by to look at the room. She never came by to look at the room (disappointing). The next day when a deeper clean was requested to the day person, a deep clean was completed and done well by the staff. So the majority of the staff deserves credit. However, telling a guest that you will come and look at the room and never looking at the room is an unacceptable level of service in my book.
Staybridge will be my go to vacation location. Staff was great when I had to adjust my stay to twice. They called me before they released the room. Breakfast was also good.
The staff was super friendly and professional. The room was well maintained and very elegant. It was 110 degrees outside but being inside you could never tell. Overall, I felt like I was on a mini vacation.
Hotel was great but I missed all the games and no ESPN because the hotel failed to tell us that they were having a dispute with Cox cable.
We stayed the weekend in a one bedroom king suite and it was very nice!
