We really enjoyed the casita at the West pool and the private mini pool. However there was no shade for us in the pool or at our chaise chairs. The service on top of the the tip was high.

It was a great stay overall! The ladies checking folks in and out could be friendlier. Acknowledge the guests as they wait. When finishing with one guest, let those in line know, we will be with you in a moment. Also, the check in area was.very hot. Not sure if the AC was out in that area but even the workers had a fan behind them.

This trip I did not like anything about the talking stick resort they gave us a room that had black mold in the room. We asked to change rooms they gave us another room, and then the air conditioner was loud all night long. It wouldn’t shut off & we couldn’t sleep we was up all night. Went back to the front desk the morning of let them know when we was checking out what was going on and I was so tired all the gave us is $80 credit and I think it should’ve been full credited back to my card for the one night I stayed. Because everything we’ve been through but they said because booked though a third party- Expedia they can’t give a full refund only there fee. Also, every restaurant that was backed up and stuff was really short. You have to wait a long time for your food. I had a really bad time this time that I came to the talking stick resort.
