I did not like that there was goose poop droppings all over the outdoor pool. I felt like that could’ve been managed better. I understand why the casino does not go to non- smoking but I wish there was no smoking. Perhaps there is a way to air it out more often so that the elevators and the rest of the resort do not smell. Overall we had a wonderful time at the Talkingstick, we enjoyed the restaurants!

We really loved the Spa and everything about it, we will definitely be back again

The views are beautiful and the rooms were very nice. The cleaning staff did leave behind a dirty rag and someone else’s eyelash strips in the bathroom but no biggie. The casino is super smoky and is not like the the fresh filtered air casinos in Vegas. It gets very busy at night and is hard to find an open machine. Staff were all very nice and accommodating and polite. The pool is large and had plenty of open spots.

We stayed on a Sunday night so it was more quiet than I’m sure it usually is. However, for the staycation my husband and I were looking for, quiet was perfect.

This was a great place for a girls night out/staycation! We loved having everything in one place and we got a room on the 11th floor with a sunset view! Staff was all great and super friendly too!

The heated pool was nice. The resort overall was clean and nice. I understand it's a casino but I didn't like having to go through the casino to get to the parking lot. People are allowed to smoke in that area and it smells awful.

Everything was great front t desk superb and friendly

Everything would have been great with only two exceptions. 1) Accessing the hotel required a long walk for my elderly travel companion through the casino, 2) casino was not smoke free, I guess that should be expected, but areas that were smoke free, had droves of people standing in passageways and on patios smoking up a storm. If you are looking for a family friendly resort for young kids, probably not the best option. If I had gone on my own, it would have been five stars all the way.

Nice casino area and plenty of food to eat without having to leave the resort, however, the customer service was very poor. Some of the people acted as though they'd never seen a black person before...at one point I had to ask the valet if I was invisible to him. I waited at the larger bar next on the casino floor for 15 mins before anyone even acknowledged me..the bartenders were more concerned with what they were doing after work vs servicing me. The property is lovely, with very clean rooms!! Just know that your customer service will not reflect what you would expect from such a lovely place. We will never stay at the place again though.

Late check in. Rooms not available until 4pm. Almost missed a wedding having no time to check in and shower/dress prior.

Fabulous visit, everyone very helpful and welcoming!

I loved that everything was right there in the hotel. From the casino to the pool to the spa. Everything was right at your fingertips

Staff need to be oriented regarding fees. There is a $50 per day incidental held and $25 resort fee for pool, gym, coffee in your room. Yet another staff said no fee. And the card reader to the west pool is not functioning. Also, you must travel through the casino for the easiest route to the hotel. We don’t smoke so we did not prefer this as smoking is permitted in the casino. Very disjointed. Hotel itself, excellent. Buffet and bakery excellent.

Very well kept property. We only ate at one restaurant and it was terrific. The Blue Coyote Cantina is fairly priced and the food and service were beyond compare. We’ll definitely be back.
