Staff seemed to be edgy. Front desk appeared to want to say no before inquiry was complete. Didn't take initiative to hear customer out. This was more than once rather phone or in person. Some Restaurant staff appeared over worked and unsure of what area to cover. Lastly, some Of the casino table workers more so roulette, were rude and just seemed a bit unenthusiastic. With so many casinos and resorts being in AZ I can say Gila River were a bit more diverse . Thanks 😊

The room was nice. The main pool was so dirty though. The amount of dirt and grime built up on their tile line made it appear as though it had not been cleaned in months.
