This hotel is very heavy into the casino scene. As two young women staying, we were not interested in that.

The resort is lovely, the rooms are beautiful an the staff could not do enough! I was not aware is was a Casino or such a large property. I don't like the smoke but that just a Casino. They keep the hotel very clean and good security. I would stay at this resort again and bring my family.

Fun place and lots to do. Gambling, Dinner and music!

This was my first time to Arizona. I wanted to be somewhere close enough to do things if wanted. However, I mostly wanted to relax. I spent my entire stay at the resort. With it being Tuesday and Wednesday, it wasn't very busy. It was perfect for what I needed.

but expensive for one night and having to wait for a room to be ready

Our room was very nice and very clean. Loved that the pool was 24hrs only bad thing I didn't like about the pool was that at night it was dirty, had a lot of bugs floating in the water! The restaurants in the hotel were good and staff were very nice. I would stay there again.

Stayed 9 days, few days I had 2 rooms, left my phone charger in 1 room. It was never turned in. By housekeeping, had to buy a new one. Very unhappy with that.

needed to get away very beautiful swimming pools are big for all ages

Arrived on a Sunday to a pool party with the worst music I've ever heard. Pool was very warm which wasn't inviting considering the weather was over 110!

The casino is inside of the hotel. That should be expressed in presenting this on Orbitz. Smoking is allowed EVERYWHERE. The pools were filthy with beer tops floating in pool. The rooms smelled musty from dampness in the rugs. Definitely NOT a family atmosphere. Hoojers and call girls present. Party atmosphere. Will NOT return again.

This hotel has it all. It is so clean and rooms are beautiful. The shower has a big shower head. It looks like a spa inside. The casino has a lot and very clean. The food is great and the pools are wonderful. I can't wait to go back

went there for my 50th birthday. loved everything about it.

The staff were friendly and informative. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Pools were great. Would have been nice for a better selection for food, buffet was overpriced 35 each person

The hotel was very nice. People were nice. The casino was a bit smokey and makes you stink. Also the slots do not pay at all. There was a bit of mold in our shower but otherwise clean. The security to get into the rooms is also very good. I like that not just anyone can go into that part of the hotel.

Paid for a view room, the room was great! The view.... Not so much. The architect dropped the ball here. Could have been beautiful if there was not the parking lot on the one side, and a facility yard on the other side of our deck. Very disappointing. Don't pay extra for room 748.

View of parking lot and service facilities was disappointing

If you neither smoke nor gamble, you have no reason to be here. Unlike Las Vegas where the best hotels have ventilation systems that make the air tolerable even in a casino, this one is very smoky, and the hotel entrance opens right into the casino. There is not a convenient way to get to your room, restaurants, or conference areas without passing through the casino. The restaurant has no vegetarian or vegan options--you can get very delicious salads though--but that gets tiresome. The buffet has make your own such options--and it is VERY GOOD. The pool is beautiful--but it is a play pool--not for serious swimming. I am a long distance swimmer--not even one lap lane..could be done--the pool is large enough--or a separate lap pool--there is room for that too. There is no accommodation for staying an extra day in terms of room rates--if you get a great Orbitz deal--like I did--don't expect anything like it to stay an extra night. The rooms are VERY nice. They are modern, restful, and beautifully appointed, smoke free and quiet with beau tiful views on the North side of the golf course area. If you are with friends--it is hard to find a quiet area to talk inside the building--and not in your room.

Everything was great. I thought the $28.+ "resort fee" was uncalled for.

To get in or out of the hotel you have to go the casino....which is a cloud of smoke and smokers! There are smokers also at the pools, the shallow pool for kids! Besides that, the rooms are nice and so are the pools. I probably will never stay here again as I hate smoke!

Had 3 rooms total. In one room AC did not work. Advised hotel staff but no apology or compensation offered!

Thank you for your response to the survey, although I must point out that there is NO smoking allowed in the hotel itself - just the casino. The summer pool party season is a bit more raucous than the rest of the year.
