It’s a lovely setting but has a lot of freeway noise and the rooms - we got a suite - are very small. We were told we had a balcony but there were no chairs nor would they fit. Excellent price, super close to airport.

The property looks great on the outside, the lobby is beautiful, which gave me hope of making the right choice. When we went to find our room, parking is horrible. They do have staff that will drive you in carts as the property is huge! After find parking and going to our room, then entry to where the rooms are is nice, clean and pleasant smelling. When entering the room I was disappointed. The room is extremely outdated, the bed was very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in the mattress. When in the bathroom there was a portion on the wall that appeared it was repaired at one point, but looks as if my people grabbed the corner with wet hands, as the wall paper was peeling up and appeared to have mold. The water park is really fun there is lots to do for adults and kids of all ages. I believe the property is doing renovations, but my first impression of the room was not great. I would like to come back if the rooms were updated, otherwise I would sleep somewhere else and go to the water park. It could be my building was not reading to be renovated and other rooms have been done, but it was disappointing for the price paid and the property looking great.

The staff was laid back. The prices were in line with today’s costs. The rooms were comfortable. The fish tacos were perfect. I didn’t hear a peep from the lifeguard staff which is exactly how it should be. Let people enjoy their time. It never felt too crowded. Water parks should have too many inner tubes and too many chairs. This place did not disappoint.

pool hours are trash!!! i’m PAYING to be there for X amount of time and the pools either closed early every night or opened LATE as well the next morning!

Resort seemed dated. Our suite was very clean, the bathroom was tiny but ther than that it was a decent place to lay our heads for one night.

Good overall experience

Nice stay for one night. Clean larger suite style room. Good water park for a hotel. Plenty of chairs and seating. Wish the sidewalks went all the way around the property so you could walk without having to go through parking lots.

Older and more worn than the photos portray but comfortable and clean. The only restaurant outside of the pool area was totally fine, but nothing exceptional. We requested cribs (website said specifically that they had cribs for use) only to discover at check in that they only had pack and plays (big difference). Our room was really loud (parking lot noise and upstairs neighbors possibly learning how to tap dance). Management cited covid for not doing ANY cleaning or restocking of rooms, which is understandable but was frustrating. Overall property was kind of dingy and worn but the waterpark was fabulous and so much fun.

Filthy room. Someone else’s hair wax all over the bathroom and bed.

There was only 1 staff person when we were checking in. The check-in line began to get rather long. Another staff member finally came after about 15 minutes Safe.....quiet......great water park; other than it closed at 5 PM on Sunday evening.

Resort oasis! If you want to feel like you're definitely on vacation, this is a great choice. Beautiful landscaping with lots of vegetation and fountains. Many pools and hot tubs plus The Oasis water park on the property included with stay. Lego Land and aquarium at the mall. Fun dining choices very close. Can't wait to do it again! ❤❤❤

We loved our stay! We are in from Wisconsin. I was confused that there weren't any balcony chairs on our balcony and for the price you would expect a little more for the room. No smoking marijuana allowed, which was a downfall for my partner - Would have loved to be a designated smoking area like most places have so he can also relax. Otherwise everyone is so friendly - didn't have one bad encounter. Ask for a microwave its $10 but worth it so you don't waste your expensive left over$$$ !

My wife and were looking forward to spending her 36th birthday at the resort and water park. Upon checking in we pulled up to a line of cars with no clear signs of where we could park. So we got yelled at and told to move our car. Then thereafter I waited to check into my room for a hour in line. There were three people working the front desk that had six stations. For being a Saturday and weekend absolutely unacceptable. As I checked in I was told my room was not ready and I would have to wait for a text message for a notification that it would be ready. We went to the pool to wait just to be texted 15 min later. I had to yet again wait another 45 minutes in like just told get my room keys. So that's almost two hours of our time day wasted. We were enjoying our time at the water park and a storm moved in. We all had to clear our and go to our rooms. Which we definitely understood. Then we were told that we would need to await an update from the front desk that the storm cleared before we could go back to the pool. We check our radar an hour later there was not a threat in the area. I asked the clerk of we could speak to the manager and showed them our radar on our phone. They said their security staff said there lighting in the area. I asked of they could provide the documents or website they are getting that information. They declined to do so and said we are protecting our guests. We spent over $300 for amenities we couldn't use. They closed down the rest of the night.

Kristina, I am sorry to read there were challenges with the pools during your stay. Unfortunately, during the monsoon season lightning storms, we do have to close the pools for our guests safety. I regret that the weather negatively affected your stay, and hope you come back when we are back to clear sunny skies.
