We loved our stay! We are in from Wisconsin. I was confused that there weren't any balcony chairs on our balcony and for the price you would expect a little more for the room. No smoking marijuana allowed, which was a downfall for my partner - Would have loved to be a designated smoking area like most places have so he can also relax. Otherwise everyone is so friendly - didn't have one bad encounter. Ask for a microwave its $10 but worth it so you don't waste your expensive left over$$$ !

My wife and were looking forward to spending her 36th birthday at the resort and water park. Upon checking in we pulled up to a line of cars with no clear signs of where we could park. So we got yelled at and told to move our car. Then thereafter I waited to check into my room for a hour in line. There were three people working the front desk that had six stations. For being a Saturday and weekend absolutely unacceptable. As I checked in I was told my room was not ready and I would have to wait for a text message for a notification that it would be ready. We went to the pool to wait just to be texted 15 min later. I had to yet again wait another 45 minutes in like just told get my room keys. So that's almost two hours of our time day wasted. We were enjoying our time at the water park and a storm moved in. We all had to clear our and go to our rooms. Which we definitely understood. Then we were told that we would need to await an update from the front desk that the storm cleared before we could go back to the pool. We check our radar an hour later there was not a threat in the area. I asked the clerk of we could speak to the manager and showed them our radar on our phone. They said their security staff said there lighting in the area. I asked of they could provide the documents or website they are getting that information. They declined to do so and said we are protecting our guests. We spent over $300 for amenities we couldn't use. They closed down the rest of the night.

We really love staying at Arizona Grand! We had a wonderful weekend at the waterpark! There is so much shade all around the waterpark that no one in my party even got sunburned. The only thing that I highly recommend is paying the extra for the rooms near the water park. The property is extremely large and part of the people that were there with us didn’t pay the extra money and they were probably a quarter of a mile or more away so it can be a very long walk. Absolutely worth the money, I do recommend it, and we will definitely be back!

The property itself was very nice with plenty of amenities but unfortunately the shower had no hot water nor was there a paper towel or napkin to be found We found this very disappointing not being able to take a shower

Full service in the bar and restaurant

The property has an aging beauty that I enjoyed. We booked a two queen suite next to the water park. The rooms had really comfortable beds but were on the small side. Overall, they need to be updated. The closet door came off when I opened it. The water park is fun for the kids. But it's on the small side (in case you were expecting bigger), and the food is way overpriced. $13 bucks just for a corn dog and it doesn't come with fries. You can't bring any food in for those who want healthier options. The only other food is at the restaurant in the lobby. For some reason, you still have to order at the bar and they deliver everything in to go containers. The view of the golf course from the bar is lovely and the people working are friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a nice time, but not sure I would return at the same price.

Beautiful resort and beautiful rooms. Whether you get a villa or just a regular room, the rooms are spectacular with great views. The pools are warm and time flies when in the water. What I didn't like was that check in was supposed to be at 4, but we weren't able to check in until 6:30 due to being a very busy weekend and not keeping up with cleaning. Another thing that I disliked was the lack of shade at the wave pool. Other than these little things this will always be my go-to when in the area.

Not enough food options. Outrageous prices at the water park. Arrived at resort at 315pm for checkin, room wasn’t ready till 630pm.

Disappointed in the restaurant for such a nice facility.

Oasis water park was great for the kids and the pools around the complex were very convenient. The suite was outstanding. plenty of space for two adults and two children.

Staff is crazy rude! We had free breakfast included with our stay but they didn’t tell us about it and when I asked about they were angry. No bellhop was available to take our luggage to our room. The resort is huge and spread out and the hotel says they have transportation around the resort but they always made us wait 40-50 minutes and many times forgot to get us and we would have to call several times. (Even though on the phone they said 10-15 minutes for a ride. The main lock was broken on our hotel door and we didn’t have any wash clothes on check in. The hotel is gorgeous but the staff is so rude and nasty!

Love the waterpark...food is ehhh but drinks were fantastic

Great service and property was clean!

I apologize for the weather during your stay and that we were not able to keep the Oasis Water Park open during the storm. There is a policy in the county of Maricopa, where we are located, that requires all all pools closed until we are free of lightning for over an hour. We appreciate your understanding and we hope you come visit again when the weather is better.
