Arrived 1900 7:00pm and waited to see if our room was ready. Traveled from Asia so we were tierd . Hard to find the room in the dark. Room carpet very wet. Stayed 5 nights. Credit card charges showing twice the amount and awaiting for them to clear charges. Parking lot is full all the time.

Great for kids! A really nice family staycation, but the price of food is very high for what it is. Best to bring snacks and drinks with you but they are not allowed in the rec area, understandable! Although it’s a classic and dated it’s very well maintained.

Rooms are dated for the price point. They skimp on things like cheap toilet paper/tissues and the sheets are stained and beds are messily made. Was very disappointed in the room but the grounds are beautiful.

Won’t stay there again. Recommend avoiding this hotel. I’d stayed at the Arizona Grand years ago and had a good experience. This time was different. I waited over :90 minutes to check in. There was a high school event happening and the hotel was clearly not staffed to check in ~ 3,000 students and chaperones. Also disappointing was the staff’s indifference to the situation to people paying top $ to stay there. Massive saw and construction noise at the lap pool 3 out of 4 days. They were replacing the gate and the noise was awful. Again, no apologies. The posted menu @ the lap pool was outdated and a lot of items were not available. Restaurant food was mediocre for the price. I was unable to unbundle my resort fee from the overall cost which was not clear when I reserved. I didn’t know it was a required charge. I only used the pool areas 1 day but paid for 4. Thumbs down. 👎

We stayed here one night after staying at another property in the area. The room was dirty from the walls to the windows to blk hairs on my pillow and towels, tĥe pario looked like it had a small fire on it. Our bathroom window faced the elevator and no it was not a one way waindow you could totally see in.

Good for the price, but nothing spectacular.
I liked our actual hotel room setup, with sleeping quarters, bathroom and common area with 2 different pool views, and while nice, the property in general just feels a bit tired. With that said, the beds were comfortable, sheets/towels clean and room nicely prepared. But actual cosmetics of common areas, grout between tiles on walkways, elevator bays etc all needed a fresh coat of paint, some tlc etc.

Really nice hotel! Upgraded to a big suite and it was very nice. You can tell it’s an older hotel but it’s very clean and the staff are very friendly. My child loved the water park. Try the BBQ restaurant behind the resort! Enjoyed our stay and the price was pretty good for everything they offer. Will be returning soon!
