The property was, sort of, like we remembered. We had been there several times before. Upon arrival, we were very pleased with our room. We had a Camelback room, facing the pool, so that was perfect. The room was clean and relatively quiet for sleeping. We chose not to have maid service, since we were in and out a lot. The parking situation needs work, but wasn’t terrible. We had to search a lot for parking around the building. The true complaint we had was the cost of food and drinks. To say it’s ridiculous is an understatement, and they made sure it was difficult to have anything in your room. This is considered a resort, without a true resort feel (we’ve been to a few). To have $20 drinks at a pool with plastic cups and chairs is going a little far. We used to come and hang out at the pool all day because the food was decently priced and tasty. Now we went back to our room at mealtimes, after one of us went to grab something else in the area. We continually went to the local grocery store to grab water, sodas, snacks and cold breakfast items. It looked as though this was a common theme with most guests. The feel of the employees at the Oasis is much different also. Where they used to have employees greet you as you came in, now it’s several of them lining the entrance to make sure you aren’t bringing in outside food by searching bags - definitely not friendly. If you want to make money, make it about your guests, not the bottom line. There’s a fine line there.

Loved the entire campus. We stayed here for a competition, and had no idea what to expect. It’s literally one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. In conjunction with the friends I was with, I will never forget this trip. One for the books.

We loved our stay! The pools, hot tubs and lazy river were perfect after a day of hiking! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room we had was set up a little different. The bathroom was extra small & the sink was in the bedroom basically. This was in the Sedona building. We would definitely stay again but pay closer attention to the layout of the room.

Great family vacation!

This was an incredible resort to stay at for our family vacation. The kids really enjoyed the water park and pools. The lobby area is fancy, there is a Starbucks onsite and a full service Starbucks within walking distance. The resort is located next to many different activities and restaurants. The room we stayed in was spacious and cleaned everyday. The grounds, walkways were always clean, staff were super helpful and kind.

Nice resort but aged. Restaurant staff were quick, absolutely zero eco-friendlisness. No recycling, no options to use sheets twice, restaurant gives drinks with plastic straws deposit continuously giving them back and gives pop and water out in plastic cups with plastic lid and straw.

There was an altercation between guests during our family dinner right in from of us. Foul language - no staff or security to stop it. Screaming foul language. Guests were smoking cigars right by the dining area smoking us all out. No staff stopping it. Loud guests swimming and screaming into the early hours of the night. No one from the staff did anything to fix it. Will it be returning to this resort. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!! Low brow.

Great property. My only complaint was our room not being serviced until 5pm when we were trying to relax before dinner. We had been out all day. But otherwise great stay. The oasis water park was a big hit with our kids.

Nice resort but there are some caveats

Significantly reduced hours in oasis water park and not all activities available (due to midweek Feb stay) No tennis or pickleball despite being a resort and charging resort stay fees. Horrible smell of pesticide/disinfectant in elevator Impressive gym with peloton bikes and great selection of wits and equipment Tiling on stairs is in need or replacement/repair Bathroom is a bit cramped
