Great place to stay for a conference. The rooms were clean and the breakfast gave you a lot of options. You could hear some noise from the freeway, but not too loud to keep me awake. I would stay here again for sure.
FRIENDLY STAFF
The website advertises pick up from the airport and if after 11 pm special arrangements can be made. I tried several times on the chat function to arrange a late pick up to which there was none and the very nice lady's at the desk said there is none. Hotel was very clean and nice but should change the late pick up if there is none.
We have ordered a shuttle to the airport and were told it would pick us up at 6am - in time for our morning flight. The shuttle never came and when we, as well as other guests waiting with us asked for the third time, the revels said she would “try to order an Uber for us”. After another 10 minutes, we got fed up and ordered and Uber ourselves. Strangely, we were successful in 2 minutes. They would not have cared about us missing our planes - I will never go there again.
Comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Would prefer actual creamer in the room for morning coffee. Powdered wasn't drinkable.
