Hotel was VERY dirty. I didn't even want to sleep there. The ceiling light fixture was falling off. Couches were very stained and dirty. The hallway floors were dirty and looked like they haven't been swept in a while. The elevator was not working so we had to carry all our belongings up the side stairs. The girl at the front desk was vey nice and helpful though.

Walked into a lobby in disarray, 9 people waiting to be checked in and no staff in sight. The woman who finally came was very nice and doing her best; she said they are short staffed so she’s trying to do it all. Property was dirty, elevator broken, really a mess.

Orbitz screwed up. Sold me a room . None were avaiiable. Got over there....no room.

It's nothing fancy but it's a great deal for the money. It's clean and quiet.

The management and staff great people

The receptionist with ugly red tip nails red hair was rude I’m going to tell my big family not to ever stay at extended stay for that lil girl being disrespectful I did t know I cud not check in until 3pm her rude ass tone caused me to be rude back I had just gotten off a flight tired hungry then to see her snear get mouthy I don’t think so I don’t allow that !!! I took my business else where to comfort suites it was cozy clean and wonderful 👋 Felicia

I was disappointed that the front desk was so helpless to me. I requested two chairs in our room due to my kids needing to zoom for school. Their response was that no one has ever asked that before. The appropriate response would be to just find a chair and send it to me. How hard can that be? In addition to the chair, I called front desk to ask info on faster wifi (since it was posted on my key card) and again, they had no clue what I was talking about or how to help. Their website also stated that due to covid, their continental breakfast was a grab and go situation. While we were staying there we were told they didn’t have any at all, it would’ve been nice if they just said that on their website. I also arranged for late checkout while I was checking in. I got a phone call telling me to get out at 10, then a knock at my door at 11:20 when I had clearly asked for 12 check out when I arrived. Lastly, there were no linens in the closet for the pull out couch. When I called the front desk to ask for them they said it was too late to deliver. I mean there was no type of service that they were able to do for me. Overall, very unsatisfactory rating for my one night stay.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Good location. Nice size kitchen area.

kitchen area was dirty: cooking top with food residuals. an open bread package was in the cabinet

Dirty and no coffee or pastries 1 hour before breakfast ended.

The room wasn’t ready at check-in. Then when we checked in and went to our room, it was still being cleaned. However, the toilet wasn’t clean and they ran out of towels so we had to wait several hours for the towels to be laundered. Lastly, it was an extended stay, but there were no dishes in the room like advertised.

Smelled like smoke but supposed to be a non smoking facility.

The hotel itself - outside was nice, quiet. Staff was really pleasant. The room itself was not good. Curtains: we couldn't open them because there were no sheer curtains underneath the black out drapes. We were on the first floor, with a view to an Auto Shop. Chairs in the dining room - DIRTY! Stained. We did not have extra linen or pillows for the sofa bed, which was very dirty with brown stains on it.

Hotel rooms are out-dated, pillows are uncomfortable, room lacks amenities (i.e., hair dryer, dishes, glasses, coffee pot). The hotel is not in a good part of town. Continental breakfast includes only coffee, oatmeal packets, packaged muffins or granola bars. The only good things - hotel is relatively cheap and staff were generally nice (albeit a bit forgetful as I had to phone twice to get a hair dryer sent to room).
