READ FIRST! DO NOT BOOK!

PLEASE READ! DON'T BOOK A ROOM HERE! From the arrival to our departure was a disaster. We requested and confirmed adjoining rooms as there were a total of five of us. We were advised by the front desk to review the room before we confirmed and paid to check for quality. (Red flag)The first room (314) we viewed had a potent odor of animal urine that emitted from the carpets. We retreated and was advised to review the only other room available which was 342. We had no choice but to accept it as the rest of our party was in 309. 342 had bloody mucus on the ceiling above the bed, a dirty shower and bathroom, and a shower curtain that was burned in several places. (Review pictures) Even though we had confirmed through the online booking as well as via phone for the rooms, they weren't close by each other. Also, as we walked the halls, the entire 3rd floor wreaked of various odors, and displayed damage to EVERY single door on the floor. It looked like a war zone, with doors looking as if swat teams had kicked them in on both sides of the hall. We soon discovered that this hotel had residents that lived there and little to no cleaning staff. On top of that, we were told there was a Continental breakfast just like our normal Hilton Hotels....it was granola bars and coffee. I was offended and took us to Denny's. Also, early in the AM there was a domestic violence situation on our floor between aale and female. Law enforcement was never called, and it escalated. Don't book here!

Cockroaches everwhere. This is the only hotel i've ever left. I checked in then saw the room and left. The light bulbs where growing fuzz, like they've never been cleaned and the mattress and bedding had stains. Worst experience ever. I expected more from an extened stay.

Nope, never again.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were to check in at 3:00 pm. We had reserved and paid for two rooms. One room was not ready and we had to wait for over an hour to give us a different room. The other room we reserved but had a cigarette and some change sitting on a table and the pillows did not have pillow cases. The continental breakfast was four different packaged oatmeal selections from which one could choose. There were no other food items. There were two containers of hot coffee and one of hot water. I believe the hot water was for the tea bags and probably for the oatmeal selections. The disability door opening panels for the entranceway were not operative. The carpeting throughout is stained severely. The lamp in the bedroom of one of the rooms was not operational. Not a pleasant place to stay.

Needs upgrading badly.

Very basic, but clean. So basic I had to ask for a hair dryer. Coffee pot, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils are available upon request. Multiple items showed poor maintenence. Top drawer in dresser broken, cracked, chipped, and broken tiles, cheap vinyl flooring, water spigots need adjusting, no tub stopper. A convenient place to stay, but we won’t be back.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs. I had a confirmed booking and arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM. They handed me the keys, but when I entered the room, I was shocked. The room was a complete disaster — no bedsheets, just a bare mattress, used and dirty pillows and sheets thrown on the floor, no towels, and everything was filthy. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. I went straight to the front desk to report the condition. To my disbelief, they told me that the cleaning staff had already left for the day and there was no one available to clean the room. Their solution? They offered a refund and told me I could leave if I wanted. That’s how they treat their guests. Unfortunately, all nearby hotels were fully booked, so I had no choice but to stay. I asked for clean sheets and towels, and the front desk handed them to me — no apology, no help. As a paying guest, I had to carry everything myself and make the bed like I was in a hostel, not a hotel. This was a horrible, frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You’re better off sleeping in your car or on the street than staying here.

Worst hotel i ever been to. Bathroom door falling off the bedding on pull out bed springs popping out of pull out bed. Ac so loud sound like it was going to blow up. Died bird outside the window scared my kids even more

Don't do it.

The staff seem unhappy and reluctant to help, sometimes they weren't around at all. The water fountain and bottle fill station didn't work and they seemed not to care. The room was dingy, with burn holes in the couch.

Worst Hotel Ever

Worst decision ever! We checked in at 10pm and they gave us a room key so we went to our room and there was a person in it! They gave us a different room but downgraded us to a queen bed because they ran out of king beds which we paid extra to reserve. We went on to our new room and it smelled like paint and cigarettes, sheets were dirty, roaches in the tub, mildew under the kitchen sink. We would have left if we could but we had no choice. It was horrible. Had drug addicts just roaming around outside the building. Went in the hall way to exit that morning and there was dog poop on the floor. Then witnessed a customers dog going after some random person trying to bite him in the ankles which all occurred in the hallway. We also tried speaking to the receptionist in the morning about the room and she was very disrespectful it was a young lady and said it’s first come first serve no matter if we paid more to reserve she was absolutely rude through the whole conversation she was more concerned on just trying to ask if we wanted to check out then. Honestly worst experience, we were definitely ready to be out of there. We definitely do not recommend this place to anyone!

I had my itinerary but the hotel couldn’t find it so they wouldn’t check me in. This reservation took all my money so I slept in my car the night of the 13th went back on the 14th to try to check in again and again they couldn’t find my reservation so they wouldn’t check me in and get me a room. Horrible experience

Counters, floors, chair and couch was very dirty. If someone just cleaned it would make a difference. Saw a bug and cockroach kill ed both. Wore shoes and did not use the kitchen. Like I said, they just do the bare minimum like change sheets and trash. Will not come back.

Close to everything we wanted to check out, but we had a broken shower and had to find other places to wash up. Very spacious but not very clean, carpets were not vacuumed We were told we'd be partially refunded but haven't seen anything yet. Would recommend for a quick, affordable trip but definitely make sure to check the room out before purchasing anything

Rundown Downtown Hotel

Very dated, run down property. The mattress was old and lumpy, the shower had no shampoo, the room was old and felt dirty. I slept with my clothes on. I get the feeling that this extended stay hotel is the last stop before you are homeless. The only positive was my check-in, very friendly girl. But other than that, will never go back.

We used the pull out mattress and it looked like it was run over by a truck. On the main bed there were burn holes in blankets. Really??
