Horrible and disaster

Rude front desk lady. We get to our room and the bedroom area is flooded. Housekeeping came up and mopped up the water and as soon as she was done the water kept pouring in the room from the roof. The curtains were falling down because the ceiling couldn’t hold the weight. Called front desk and is was a man who said no rooms were available and said we couldn’t get our money back because we used hotel.com. I insisted he write something that stated what happened and he wrote one line and told us to leave. We were polite and treated horrible. I have pictures of the room. Broken light, drawings on the bathroom door, broken curtains and flooded

Worst experience of my life! First room give. To us, someone was asleep in the bed. The room had already need assigned to someone else. We called in on a very large, rough looking man who we scared half to death. The next room that was given to us had not been cleaned. Bed unmade, dirty towels on bathroom floor, trash full. We left. Would never in a million years stay here. A lot of shady looking people on premises.

Terrible. The room had clean bedding and towels. That’s it. It wasn’t cleaned before we came in. Pics show food in the kitchen sink drain, hair in the tub, sticky floor throughout, a NEEDLE shoved down in the bathroom sink drain, some kind of white “cream like” substance on the bathroom counter that was wet and sticky, blood splatter on the floor and bathroom door. In the lobby, a puddle of coffee on the floor that I alerted the staff of when we checked in. The next morning it was still there. This place is disgusting

***We left in the middle of the night at 2am**** There were no staff anywhere to be found to address our concerns. we felt very unsafe after being followed into the elevator by a couple of men who walked through the front door while the counter was completely unattended. They came to the same floor and waited for us to exit, then followed us so closely, that they were in our personal space. I stopped and turned around and one of them had his phone out and appeared to be recording my wife. They walked on as we entered our room, but walked back shortly after and we heard them outside as they went back down. The door latch/lock was extremely worn, to the point that we were both extremely uncomfortable. (I wedged the couch against the door) After not being able to relax, let alone sleep. we decided to leave. We secured another hotel location, packed up and went to check out. There were no staff to be found and with other (very interesting) people milling about, I made the decision to leave the key at the front desk and leave. I gave the staff 3 stars because they were clearly understaffed and over booked. We were there well after normal check in time and they were having to ask people to wait for rooms to be cleaned and a broken toilet to get fixed. Spend a bit more and go elsewhere. I've requested a refund and have yet to receive a response P.S The shower was gross 2 lights were burnt out The floor was sticky (kept our shoes on) The couch and chairs in the lobby were torn up.

The location was great. The person front desk A+

The person at the front desk was wonderful, but the property is in bad shape; the room 308, anyway. No remote for tv. No microwave. Fridge froze water in the bottom, and no ice trays. The mattress was lumpy and the furniture was scratch, and looked pretty rough.

Overall my stay was great room was nice and COLD and comfy but dishwasher had dirty dishes and smelled of rotting food to the point I KNOW for fact maggots hat to be in there somewhere but besides that my stay was great . I look forward to going back maybe next week...

The door locked but you could see out and in from the door edge by the knob, cabinet missing a drawer door Dirty and I was scared to go to sleep thinking somebody could easily open the door I will not go back there not sure how Expedia has these low quality properties
