Room seemed a bit run down and smelled damp. AC faceplate was broken. The provided office chair looked like someone relieved themselves in it multiple times. Only one entrance allowed for exit/entry. This especially sucked since I was in a farther back room. Provided breakfast sucked. For the good: The staff was courteous. The bed was comfy and so was the pullout couch. I liked having the kitchenette area with large fridge.

Rooms were dirty, sheets burnt hair inside the microwave, no water to shower and dirty cabinets floors were sticky, lots of homeless ppl and very loud from other rooms, hall ways also smelled really bad as well as the rooms smelled like rat venom and I asked for refund I was told I would receive it 24-72 it’s been a week and property is yet to send me the refund. Would never stay at this property in my life.

Make things simple. I had a Valentine’s Day event on Saturday. Me and Wife check in around 4 pm. Left to the event and came back to our room at 1 am on Sunday. When I wanted to shower, the shower was only dispensing Extremely Hot Water. The valve was not adjusting temperature. So I went to the front desk go assistance. The gentleman only said, couldn’t help and I need it to wait for maintenance guy in the morning. I ask for another room and he said the place was fully booked and that there nothing he can’t do for me. So I call Hotels.com for an alternative. They also couldn’t help. I decide to leave the room and I went to the Holiday inn across the street for a room with a functional shower. As for now I am waiting for the manager to call me back and provide me with a refund. Adding to that the room couch was nasty stain that I refused to seat and the hallway were dirty like there is no maintenance at all. Bad experience.

We walked into our room and smelled a stench and we then opened the pull out bed and it smelled of pee and the bed was rusted. The bed was also broken and had no mattress or bedding.

Other than the location my stay here was pretty bad. They had construction going on in the parking lot that started at 6:30 am there was no warning before reserving a room. There was a dog next door that barked for 5 hours straight from 4 am until 9am until I checked out. It’s a little sketchy so bring proper protection for your safety.

Shower—too hot. When adjusting to a slightly cooler temperature, it shut off shower altogether. Fridge—not cold enough. At coldest setting and main fridge wasn’t cold and freezer not cold enough to freeze medical ice packs. I was lucky I could board my flight w/out them frozen. No chairs to sit at table provided. Only one way in—main entrance. All other doors were exit only. Most likely due to area for safety reasons but wasn’t ideal for my room location. Definitely not the worst I’ve ever stayed but the shower temp and freezer not working was a let down.

The room was gross. There was either black dirt or mold under the sink. The microwave was disgusting. They did include a second microwave, but it didn’t take away from the nastiness of the first one. There was a line of rust in the bathtub. The bathroom sink backed up and we couldn’t get it to go down. They also put us in a room where I had to walk an extremely long way (for me) despite requesting an accessible room. Very disappointing. Will not stay here again.

Room was in need of a new microwave. I was afraid to use the one in the room as it was peeling all over on the inside and had obviously had a fire in it. The countertops had not been cleaned well and had several sticky spots of something. The floors are gray so they don't show dirt, however I spilled some water and used a paper napkin to clean it and the amount of dirt that came up was unacceptable in my opinion. This was on my first day so I had not been walking around with dirty shoes. Lastly, better pillows would be great. All three pillows were flat as pancakes.
